Obama has basically continued the foreign policies of Bush, whose policies were not that much different from Clinton before him... bomb, strike and invade... the main difference was that Clinton seemed to know how to run an economy and bush and obama clearly don't.

Fair question TR1.
There is a rule about respecting other members and the judgement of a mod, but no specific rules about racism.
Can't make a law to ban stupid...

A little education 101... the fact that there are black guys... and BTW rather more than there are white guys, suggests that some chicks must be in to black guys otherwise there would be no black guys.
For there to be black guys they will have needed mothers... it is a fairly basic requirement of reproduction... I am sure they teach this in the US too.
I am getting sick of typing black and white and using blanket terms... so let me make this plain. People are people, their skin colour makes less difference than most other factors like culture, religion, politics, and upbringing or even age. A pale little ginger haired boy has more in common with the darkest skinned baby boy than he has with a 90 year old ginger white man.
The irony is that in my personal experience white chicks often like to experiment with a bit of colour if you know what I mean, while chicks of colour are less often prone to experiment with vanilla brothers if you know what I mean.

Find it amusing that europeans have spent the last few centuries invading and plundering the known world telling other cultures with much longer histories how to behave, now suddenly fear that the natives might come to the old country and change things.
Ultimately it is up to Vlad as to what happens on his forum, but I think the members themselves should also have some say as it wouldn't be much of a forum without them.
