Well, I think the trick is to start a "blog", like Venik or iraq-war.ru, and then write some of the facts in the blog. In my opinion, Venik and iraq-war.ru were obviously well-connected.
Then they'll come and buy the blog from you to "dismantle" it. You would take their second offer, of course; it's called "blank" money.
Funny thing is that there are still some poor souls that go to iraq-war.ru, thinking it's still the original one.
Actually, now that I think about it, I made a mention of Venik's blog to FP. Well?

Looks like the U.S. State Dept. is going for sanctions against Russia's arms industry, including bans on high-technology exports in defense, you know what this means right?
This means that Russia has no obligation to maintain arms embargo against Syria and Iran, and Iran can aid Syria in purchasing weapons with a oil for arms barter. Time to give the Syrians and Iranians license production of S-400's to show the Pentagon they mean business! Time to see BMPT's in Homs, Damascus, and Aleppo!
Sanctions against the Russia arms industry.. thats like a joke.. Because neither of Russia clients will obey those sanctions. India ,Iran ,China ,Syria ,Egypt , Algeria ,Venezuela ,Nicaragua ,South America.. None of them will obey Russian sanctions.. they can trade in Rubles.. or the currency the country buying will use. Same like IRAN oil sanctions..US Sanctions = Blocking US puppets (Europe,Japan) from buying to Russia. Nothing more and nothing else. In this case means Europe cannot buy weapons from Russia ,which is meaningless since they don't buy weapons from them. Sometimes Transport Helicopters but is rare. What we see is the Decaying US empire ,blackmailing their European puppets left and right to not do business with Russia. Why ? Because US don't like Strong competition. When the can't compete commercially with Russia ,they always seek an excuse to blackmail Russian clients. Either because Gay rights , because Greenpeace ,because PussyRiot ,because their cooperation with IRAN and Syria.. etc.. now the new excuse is Ukraine. How will Russia retaliate? Perhaps with other mockery sanction.. like sanction US music industry sales to Vietnam. or Perhaps could use it as an excuse to sell weapons to Iran as already was suggested.
Key word will be components/electronics to defense enterprises. This will in turn benefit companies like Micron, MCST and Elvees in obtaining even more contracts with defense enterprises. Add to that, Rostek will get more investments in opening more facilities to produce the tech. Or other countries like India, China, Israel or South Africa will get more trade deals for such tech.
India is reliant for most part in military tech from Russia. I think USA will try to barter to get more money from India. Wont work.
Problem may hit Russia's UOMZ whom makes french optics under license. Guess they can continue to make french optics without license and sell to whomever. So thales may be worried. Irkutsk though imports HUD for Su-30MKI/SM from thales, so that may be a problem, as it is a wide hud and Russia doesn't make such huds. But do able for Russian industry to make one.
But Vann is right, this may in turn make Russia start selling military equipment to countries like Syria and Iran. I know Kazakhstan is opening production for BMPT, so yeah, sales of those to Syria and advanced jets like Su-30M2/MKA or MiG-29M/M2 to Iran and S-300PSU to Iran under contract for license development!
Edit: just occurred to me. Parts from Su-35 program can work in previous models, so the HUD from that will work. Since Su-35 is 95% Russian components with the exception of some micro controllers using processor from Taiwan, the rest are developed at home. This could be very good for military sector of the high technologies and KnAAPO.

So if the US embargoes Russian military equipment... I guess that means no more funds for Russian helicopters in Afghanistan.
My first thought is how is the US going to get its astronauts to the ISS... but I think starting to sell high tech equipment to places like Iran and North Korea would be a good start...
The coup-imposed authorities in Kiev are recruiting militants from Georgia to fight against the pro-federalization in the south-east of Ukraine, Izvestia newspaper reports.
Physicians are currently carrying out a surgery to save him http://en.itar-tass.com/world/729806 KHARKIV, April 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Kharkiv mayor Gennady Kernes has suffered an attempt on his life on Monday. Spokesperson for Kharkiv city council Irina Kutsepenko confirmed this information to ITAR-TASS. “We can confirm the very fact of an attack,” she said. “So far, there are no further details.” Earlier, a message about an attempt on Kernes’s life appeared on the website of Kharkiv city council. It said that the mayor received a gunshot wound in his back. “He is currently in an emergency hospital on a surgical table. Physicians are fighting for his life,” the message says. --------------------------------------------------------------- Kernes was born in Jewish family to Adolf Lazarevych Kernes and Hanna Abramivna in Kharkiv. He graduated from the National University ‘Yaroslav the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine’ with a degree in jurisprudence and from Kharkiv National University of Economics with a master's degree in state management. In November 2004 he supported the Orange Revolution. He came out to condemn the actions taken by the regional governor Y. Kushnaryov. Since 2010 after Mikhail Dobkin had been appointed to the post of the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, Gennady Kernes had been the acting Mayor of Kharkiv. In November he was elected as the Mayor of Kharkiv with a small, controversial margin[3] and entered the post in early December 2010. As mayor of Kharkov since March 2010, Kernes has been a strong supporter of President Viktor Yanukovich, who was ousted in February. Since then, Kernes supported the new Ukrainian authorities and stayed on as mayor.
DONETSK, Ukraine — Not for the first time in his life, Mikhail B. Khodorkovsky, the Russian former tycoon suddenly freed from jail in December by President Vladimir V. Putin, was on a somewhat quixotic mission. Mr. Khodorkovsky, accompanied by a handful of leading Russian commentators, flew on Sunday to this tough mining city in eastern Ukraine to see whether the standoffs were as hard and dangerous as they seem from a distance, leaving the world and everyone here fearing a serious war.
“Donetsk,” he concluded, “is far from being as pro-Russian as it could be.” In the same vein, he said after hosting a two-day meeting of Russian and Ukrainian intellectuals before traveling to Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, and now here, Russians must reject Mr. Putin’s propaganda that “fascists” have taken power in Ukraine, while Ukrainians must concede the blunders that fed that myth.
For Mr. Khodorkovsky, even the separatists who declared the Donetsk People’s Republic from the 11th floor of the regional administrative building they occupied this month, proved at least capable of dialogue. Their limited room for maneuver or discussion, he said, “bore the stamp of Mr. Putin’s bureaucracy.” Things did not start out promisingly, though, as the separatists initially, and aggressively, turned Mr. Khodorkovsky away from their barricaded building: “We are against you,” one man said bluntly. Eventually, the separatist leaders went to a luxury hotel in town for a 30-minute discussion that revealed the depths of emotion fueling the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
