    Lvov is 80% left without electricity, there is no heat and hot water,electric transport does not run

    Ukrs tried to return a favor with a missile attack on Valuyki.
    It is a big rail hub and several electric grid subsystems are located there, along with quite big military warehouses.
    Seems that the Ukr missiles ended up before Russkie even warmed up while intercepting them ...

    In a video it looked as if the cruise missile is being hit by air defence, but then it comes out of the explosion and continues flying towards the target!

    There is indeed a factor rooted back in the Ukro heritage. They own a similar number of dachas as the Russians. That means everyone who wanted one has one.
    That will be very helpful in dispersing the population and make them relatively safe for winter. Most of those has an access to the firewood and are used for storage of jared food supply.
    How important is that factor in potential damage calculation&controll, the Russian sanctions are one of the examples.
    When the EU included fruit and vegetables product on the sanction list, they didn't realize the fact that about 20% of the whole Russian supply is delivered by the dacha gardens.
    Seriously.
    I was digging for that data years ago and found it finally in some studies about "healthy food production".
    I suppose that this factor was taken under consideration when the Russkie decided to unleash hell upon the Ukraine.
    They calculated that the civilian population, although will feel the pain, can survive.
    A Russkie can survive without electricity.
    UkoWehrmacht cant.

    Not to be a tinfoil hat but what's more likely...

    Russian modern GLONASS-guided cruise missile missing its target in Lemberg by a good 40 miles, an unprecedented miss. Not even the occasionally imprecise old Soviet missiles are capable of such a blunder...

    Or some Ukrainian shenanigans to desperately get NATO involved?

    I mean, Ukraine already fired a jet drone very much deliberately all the way into NATO Croatia, remember? Blamed it on Russia. The bluff was called though, and nothing came out of it.

    Seems like the missile(s) that landed on Polish territory came from failing (to give them the benefit of the doubt) Ukrainian AD (5V55). So, naturally, when adjusted for western audiences - the infamous Russian ground-attack S-300 at work again.

    The hole is about the same size as the one made on the kids playground in Kiev at the last ocassion. Obviously too small for a Cruise missile or Iskander, and too big for Geran. Guess what fits the size?
