An-148 order is as much VASO aid as Ukrainian assitance.

They keep going back and forth on it (An-148 orders), wish they would just focus on SSJ already.

Il-76 is already safe with 40 transports paid for by MOD, plus A-100 plus they mentioned 30 Il-78MD-90.

As of today, the tally for civilian airliners:

    19 SSJ
    5 AN-148
    3 AN-140
    1 IL-96
    1 Tu-214

    -----------------

    29 in total

This is double what it used to be a few years back. This kind of numbers have not been seen about Russian civilian aviation for quite a while.

Domestic aviation industry in 2015 ordered 83 boards
    http://www.aviaport.ru/digest/2013/12/09/269910.html

Initial plans aircraft production reduced by 15%

In the federal target program "Development of civil aircraft in Russia until 2015" the government amended. The updated plans domestic enterprises produce 83 units of aircraft. Including 50 SuperJet-100 aircraft, 19 helicopters Ka-62, 6 - Mi-38 and other machines.

As noted in the development of aviation technology program, Russian aircraft industry enterprises have to get to the domestic and foreign aviation market new models of planes and helicopters before foreign competitors will open serial production counterparts. To perform this task provided "additional funds for the implementation of key projects in the final stages, and a number of new projects of innovative character."

This reduces the target of annual production in the Russian aircraft by 2015 with 95-100 aircraft to 83 planes and helicopters. Sales volumes of aircraft and helicopters by this time should make 107.6 billion rubles, sales of aircraft engines - 48.4 billion rubles a year.

Funding for the program in 2012-2015 is planned in the amount of 241,698 million rubles (including 170,896 million rubles from the federal budget and 70 802 million rubles from extrabudgetary sources). The volume of sales of domestic aircraft developed under the program should make during this period about 273 billion rubles. In the future, annual sales will increase due to the launch of a family of aircraft SSJ-100, MS-21 and Mi-38 and Ka-62 aircraft of small aircraft, as well as providing services for their after-sales support.

The new version of the program provides for increased funding of priority projects for the creation of the Mi-38 and Ka-62, MS-21, PD-14 engine, as well as in terms of reduction of funding for the creation of a 130-seater version of the aircraft SSJ-NG 2016.

The state will help domestic aircraft manufacturers, giving them an order for civilian aircraft from the state structures of up to 670 billion rubles. In the next 11 years, the consolidated state order will be 101 aircraft and 319 helicopters, which planned to deliver in 2013-2025 gg. The customer is the Russian Defense Ministry, FSB, MVD, FCS, aviation Roscosmos and Office of the President.

As for the aircraft, the order is expected to include 13 Tu-214/204SM, 51 An-148, 29 Sukhoi Superjet 100, and besides heavy transport aircraft Il-76MD-90A and promising medium and light military transport aircraft. 22 aircraft are proposed for 2013-2015., Sun 33 - in 2015-2020., The remaining 46 Sun - from 2020 to 2025 should be noted that the program is already Tu-204/214 and AN-148 continues exclusively expense of public customers.

Budget allocation for the purchase of aircraft at the expense of the federal budget for 2013-2025 years. reach 189.6 billion rubles. scheme of direct budgetary funding or 379.3 billion rubles. Scheme sales in installments with the assignment of the right to demand cash or leasing scheme.

Deliveries helicopters split as follows: 36 cars in 2013-2015. 172 Sun - in 2015-2020. and 111 helicopters over the next five years. The program states that the state order will include 21 heavy helicopter Mi-38, 33 light helicopters "ANSAT" as well as various modifications MI-8/17 family, Mi-26/T2, Ka-27, Ka-226T/TP/TM .

For the purchase of helicopters will be spent 152 billion rubles. scheme of direct budgetary funding or 291.5 billion rubles. Scheme sales in installments with the assignment of the right to demand cash or leasing scheme.

As already reported Gudok.ru, in 2013, "Sukhoi Civil Aircraft" released 25 Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft, and plans concern for 2014 provide a real breakthrough. "This year we are completing 25 aircraft. Next - another 40. Segment of regional and short-haul traffic Superjet proved its high performance. And we are ready to provide support service system of SSJ 100 to date," - said the chairman of the board of directors "Sukhoi" Mikhail Pogosyan.

Not sure if the russian figures are true or not but 175 firm figure is from Russian official post MAKS.

Either ways good to keep English wiki on MS-21 update with credible references.

Russian Civil Aviation: News - Page 24 Empty Re: Russian Civil Aviation: News

Post  Austin Tue Dec 24, 2013 3:12 pm

Denis Manturov answered journalists' questions after visiting the plant "Aviastar-SP"
    http://www.aviaport.ru/digest/2013/12/23/270985.html

Denis V., priorities of industrial policy the President said in his budget message, now how important the adoption of the Federal Law "On industrial policy in the Russian Federation"?

D.Manturov: "As you yourself just said, a large section of the budget message of the President of the Russian Federation was dedicated to industrial policy, so the relevance of speaks for itself. We are now at the stage of development of a new Federal Law" On industrial policy in the Russian Federation. "We passed stage of consultation with civil society organizations and associations industrialnymui. Now Bill submitted to the federal bodies of executive power. Moreover, previously we have received support from the State Duma and the Federation Council. I hope that next year, after the completion of all necessary approvals, the law will be accepted.

The draft law based on the principles of industrial management from the perspective of a control system for the entire vertical of power, from the federal component, the body which carries out the production of industrial policy and to implement it on the ground. Therefore, we want to reflect the new law the main incentives for industrial development. Including those tax breaks, which recently said in his message to President of the Russian Federation. Tax benefits include new businesses, it is also a positive impact on residents and industrial parks and industrial parks themselves.

Today we visited the industrial zone Zavolzhja where residents have placed in this zone. I can give an example in numbers from the budget of the Ulyanovsk region has been allocated over the past few years about 800 million rubles, and attract private investment of nearly 18 rubles for each ruble invested from the budget. It turns out that about 50 billion invested by private investors who place their production here. And later, after the third stage of development of the industrial zone will come tax payments to the budget multiple investments by the Ulyanovsk region. And we should use these examples to other regions also developed this policy.

It is these questions, we must now discuss at our meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation with the assistance of regional representatives who must take this into account in their work. "

Denis V., had just signed an agreement with Ukraine over the resumption of production of AN-124. At the same time, immediately went not quite credible information that the renewal will take place soon. In reality, when this might happen? who will pay for R & D? who will provide the starting order? and what milestones do you see?

D.Manturov: Speaking about the agreement that was signed with the Ukrainian side - that agreement on measures to ensure public support for the resumption of production of aircraft of this type. We have during the year with the Ukrainian side to decide the terms of this project, in order to understand what perspective we can begin this production. To resume production, we will rely on the experience and developments that are already available, but it will not be the one plane, which was produced in the Soviet era. This - the same as in IL -476, which you see now is as standard, which at one time was made in the Tashkent Aviation Plant. We redesigned from the ground plane, digitized and made it there as structural changes and changes in the power plant and other units, including avionics. This work must be carried out and the AN-124. Plane must be digitized. We must take into account all possible modern technology to implement them in the design of aircraft and avionics, including the modernization of the D-18 - T, which today is produced by the "Motor Sich". We need to see the implementation of this complex project, from the fuselage, ending all units, including the power plant.

When all this is supposed to be?

D.Manturov: During the year, we need to work out all the logistics of the project and start production in 2018, based on the fact that prior to this we will need to carry out all the research and development work.

    The money is there?

D.Manturov: Some funds provided by the state program for the development of the aviation industry in 2025. But besides the budget, it will require extra-budgetary component, which should be involved in the two sides, as the KLA and "Antonov" to the project had commercial value

Denis V. wanted to clarify the fate of more than one offspring Ulyanovsk plant, TU 204SM. Is there a chance with him? And what is the government's position on the issue of support for the aviation industry?

D.Manturov: I'll start with the second part of your question on the support of the aviation industry in general. We have a state program of development of the aviation industry until 2025, which provides federal support and osuschetsvlyansya. The effect of this, we feel poddrezhdki in quantitative terms in the industry. This year production growth in civil aircraft was 150% 2025 will be to develop and grow production in the civil aviation industry.

As for the Ulyanovsk plant, the main emphasis is on the new IL 476 and the main power plant will be loaded this particular model. For this we need the aircraft until the end of 2015 to attract an additional 4,000 new professionals. By the end of 2015 we should go 12,500 employees at the plant. As for new projects, it is primarily a heavy AN 124. We hope to start production in late 2017. Returning to civilian segment TU is 204 cm. We are now building a pool of aircraft orders. We also look forward to the State consolidated order is the order of 20 machines. Before the advent of new aircraft MS 21, which will be released in 2017, we expect to close this segment plane TU 204.

Could you tell us about the prospects for 2014, particularly in terms of contracts in the field of aviation?

D.Manturov: Sufficiently large volume of contracts signed, formed backlog until 2020. Therefore, our task to execute them in those volumes. Especially with the Ministry of Defence. This plant at Ulyanovsk. As for the plant to Komsomolsk-on-Amur, in addition to the military component, we have more than 300 firm orders for Superjet machines, this year we will have to ship the new Superjet 25 cars next year - 40 cars in 2015 - more than 60 cars , from 2016 - 70-80 machines. Order fulfillment problems are not.
