سرتیپ ستاد نصرت الله معین وزیری در سال 1317 در شهرستان سنندج متولد شد. پس از طی تحصیلات متوسطه در سال 1337،وارد دانشکده افسری شده و در سال 1340 فارغ التحصیل گردید.

در عملیات "فتح المبین' و "بیت المقدس" ، از اعضای اصلی گروه طرحریزی بوده است . به دریافت نشان های درجه 3 و 2 دانش ؛، درجه 2 و 1 فتح مفتخر شده است.

در سال 1374 و به درخواست شخصی ، بازنشسته شد و بلافاصله به صورت خرید خدمت ، مجدداً مشغول به خدمت گردید و تاکنون (1386) به عنوان محقق و نویسنده در ارتش فعالیت می کند.

Introducing the author

Brigadier General Nusrat Allah Moin Vaziri was born in 1938 in Sanandaj. After graduating from high school in 1958, he entered the faculty and graduated in 1961.

In the operations of "Fatah al-Mubin" and "Jerusalem", he was one of the key members of the planning group. He has been honored with the badges of 3rd and 2nd grades of "Danesh" medal , 2nd and 1st grades of "FATH" Medal.

In 1995, after a personall request, he retired and immediately returned to active service as a service purchaser, and has been working as a researcher and writer in the Army till 2007.

به گزارش گروه سیاسی خبرگزاری میزان، امیر سرتیپ دوم جانباز «علی رزمی» افسر لایق و فداکار نیروی زمینی ارتش، شب گذشته پس از تحمل دوره‌ای بیماری در بیمارستان چمران تهران دار فانی را وداع گفت و به خیل همرزمان شهیدش پیوست.

وی که فرماندهی دلسوز و از یادگاران دوران دفاع مقدس محسوب می‌شد، در منطقه کردستان و محور‌های عملیاتی جنوب و غرب کشور در کنار شهید صیاد شیرازی حضوری موثر داشت. وی همچنین طراح ساخت کانال هندلی در عملیات فتح المبین بوده است.

کانال هندلی در منطقه جنوب غربی رودخانه کرخه به طول ۴۰۰ متر و عمق ۱۷۰ سانتیمتر و عرض یک متر در جریان عملیات فتح المبین ساخته شد، که نفوذ رزمندگان اسلام از طریق این کانال به پشت سنگر‌های دشمن سبب غافلگیری دشمن شد که فرار و شکست بعثی‌ها در این منطقه را به دنبال داشت.

امیر سرتیپ بازنشسته «علی رزمی» از فرماندهان تیپ یک لشکر ۲۱ حمزه تبریز بود.

Iran-Iraq war veteran, Amir Brigadier II "Ali Razmi", a military officer who deservedly and devoted himself to the armed forces, died last night after suffering of illness at the Chamran Hospital in Tehran.

He was a compassionate commander of the sacred defense days in the Kurdistan region and the operational axes of the south and west of the country, along with Martyr Sayyad Shirazi. He has also been the designer of the Handle Canal in the Fatah al-Mubin operation.

Handley canal was built in the southwest of the Karkheh River with a length of 400 meters and a depth of 170 cm and a width of one meter during the operation of Fatah al-Mubin, which the influence of the warriors of Islam through the channel to the enemy's bases caused the enemy to be surprised that the escape and defeat of the Ba'athis in This area was followed.
