The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia: In Belgorod, nine adults and one child were killed due to the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 45 people were injured, four of them children.

Cruise missiles with chaff/flares aren't uniquely Russian. See that yellow patch? That's most likely a dispenser.

At these moments, Russian missile forces are wiping out enemy firing points in Volchansk, Kharkov region. It was from this area that the terrorist shelling of Belgorod took place.

At least 14 people, including two children, were killed as a result of the shelling of Belgorod by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 108 people were injured, including 15 children, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck with two Alder rockets with cluster munitions, as well as Vampire rockets of Czech production, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
Both missiles and most of the MLRS shells were intercepted. Parts of ammunition hit Belgorod. If the strike had been direct, the consequences would have been "immeasurably more severe," the military department said.
As a result, 14 people were killed, including two children. 108 people were injured, including 15 children.
According to preliminary data, only civilian objects were damaged - about 40 - and a hit was recorded in the residential sector. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has recorded 10 cases of fire, now all of them are extinguished.

Russia requested an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council at 23:00 Moscow time on December 30 in connection with the shelling of Belgorod by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and demanded the presence of the permanent representative of the Czech Republic to the world Organization.

Soon, air defence will be back to using guns, WW2-style. Heavy calibre bullets are cheap - can fire 1000s of rounds without being bankrupt

And I believe Moldova knows this
