Re: Venezuela Armed Forces
So, according to Reuters, in the arsenal of the Venezuelan army there are 5000 9M342 missiles of portable 9K338 SAMs "Igla-S", purchased in Russia in the 2000s. And this is the largest known arsenal of these weapons in Latin America.

Parade of the Bolivarian People's Militia in Venezuela
April 13, 2018 in the capital of Venezuela in the city of Caracas was a parade of the Bolivarian People's Militia - the national militia of the country, dedicated to the 16th anniversary of the return of the commander Hugo Chavez to power after an unsuccessful coup attempt in April 2002.
The Bolivarian militia is a voluntary armed formation. It includes civilians who receive military training to protect the gains of the Bolivarian revolution. President Nicholas Maduro plans to increase the number of Bolivarian militia to 1 million. It will happen by 2019. Among the other members of the cabinet of ministers were obliged to join all the members of the cabinet of ministers.
"Everyone should have a weapon, everyone should have a form," the Venezuelan leader said. "The sacred duty of members of the Bolivarian militia is to fulfill the covenants of our eternal commandant Hugo Chavez."

Re: Venezuela Armed Forces
Lost Venezuelan Mi-35M
According to the pro-opposition Venezuelan (and actually administered from Miami, USA) web resource "Venezuela al Día", on February 4, 2019, the combat helicopter Mi-35M army aviation of the Bolivarian land forces of Venezuela crashed. The helicopter crashed near El Pao (Cohedes State) during the "repelling the US invasion" drills that took place there. Five soldiers on board were "multiple injuries."
This is the first loss of the Mi-35M helicopter during their operation in the Venezuelan army aviation. Recall that Venezuela actually acted as the launch customer for the Mi-35M combat helicopters, receiving a total of ten vehicles of this type produced by Rostvertol in 2005-2007 under three major contracts for the purchase of Russian-made helicopters. Mi-35M helicopters (referred to as Caribe in Venezuela) are in service with the battalion of multi-purpose helicopters formed in 2011 (Batallón de Helicópteros Multipropósito Coronel Mauricio Encinoso) of the Venezuelan army aviation command, deployed in Fuerte Tacacare base (in the network).
Under the contract from the end of 2013, all ten Venezuelan Mi-35M in 2014-2016 underwent repairs at Rostvertol.
According to the newspaper Kommersant in the material of Anastasia Vedeneyeva, Vladimir Dzaguto and Tatyana Dyatel "LNG is launched. In Russia they ordered a floating thermal power plant project", in addition to a floating nuclear power plant (FNPP), a liquefied gas power plant with a capacity of 50–60 may appear in Russia MW (PTES-50), the tender for the development of the project for 45 million rubles. announced Iceberg Central Design Bureau. The contractor must describe the prospects for PTES-50 in the Russian Federation, its price and maintenance costs. The Ministry of Industry and Trade says that the project is being developed “in the interests of Inter RAO”, where they confirmed the possibility of participating in the competition. Experts point out that PTES for LNG is also being developed abroad, and in the Russian Federation the project can compete with FNPP, although they don’t see any threats in Rosatom.

Verification of the combat readiness of the air defense forces of the Joint command of aerospace defense of Venezuela
Anti-aircraft missile systems 9K81ME S-300VM "Antei-2500" of the air defense forces of the Joint command of the aerospace defense of Venezuela
At the end of March 2020, a combat readiness check was carried out in the air defense units of the Joint Command of the Aerospace Defense of Venezuela.
In the period from 2008 to June 2014, the armed forces of Venezuela received from Russia up to 300 towed 23-mm anti-aircraft artillery systems ZU-23 / 30M1-4, several hundred Igla-S MANPADS, at least 11x S-125 “Pechora-2M”, 12x [three divisions] Buk-M2E air defense systems, three batteries [one division] S-300VM Antey-2500 air defense systems. They significantly increased the combat capabilities of the Venezuelan air defense forces, which previously had only 40-mm L / 70 anti-aircraft mounts, Saab RBS-70 MANPADS and MBDA Mistral MANPADS in service.
Also, in 2019, new radars manufactured by the China National Electronics Import & Export Corporation (CEIEC) were delivered to Venezuela.

Re: Venezuela Armed Forces
Trump is sending a big formation of ships including a carrier with 90 hornets near Venezuela.
US also give 20 million $ for the capture of Maduro for drug traffic.
Very likely he will start a war because Covid 19 has destroyed his chances to be reelected. Add to that that its economy will collapse and the petrol war with Russia will destroy US oil companies.

What???
No, right now his re-election is all but absolute certainty, if anything another war will cripple his chances.
Heck, can America even afford a war at this time, their economy is already seriously screwed as it is.
I'm not to clear yet on the specifics of this oil war, so i got no opinion on that.

That's the only option he seems to have. Economy is destroyed by covid 19, he badly managed the epidemy, he is still stuck in middle east.
A war would make all that irrevelant as they would only talk about the war and he would still have the votes of dumb ass pseudo patriots.
But that's only speculation. The carrier may just pass through Panama and replace the one in Pacufic that stoped because of Covid 19.

Nothing is a absolute certainty. While Biden is proving every time he speaks that he's a old fumbling buffoon, if Trump makes the mistake of ending the quarantine too early, and a huge spike in new infections is the result, it may very well lead to the demise of his reelection.

Re: Venezuela Armed Forces
Trump has sent multiple times of ships near Venezuela. Then they left. Because they won't start a war. Already US is in a real panic because of the coronavirus. He can't afford more dead people, including troops
All these games US plays in order to gain some random advantage in Venezuela has all failed horribly. Guaido, national assembly seperate of powers (which ended up voting out Guaido in the end anyway), this charade of placing a bounty on him, etc. That bounty is a pathetically weak amount to offer a coup cause that's what it is - bribe money. But due to Venezuela's military are on his side, they aren't interested. Plus with Chinese and Russian advisors available in Venezuela means good prospect for intelligence gathering.
US has no plan. They have shown their hand so many times and made so many threats. Outside of real intervention, US isn't getting rid of maduro. And an intervention would bring the death of a lot on both sides and Venezuelans won't be very kind to US even after US wins. See Iraq as example

Agree. The US racket in Latin America was to use local militaries to stage coups and install juntas. They can't follow this recipe in Venezuela
and need to stage a colour revolution using some moron opposition. That moron opposition is seen by the masses as allied with the rich clique that
kept them poor for decades. So the soft power option does not work. This is why Uncle Scumbag is using crime to generate malcontents and
civil unrest. Create the right Maidan moment and seize power. The Venezuelan military needs to act like the Chinese PLA to suppress such
BS.

Funny, now all who are against Maduro will think twice.
The other side of it is that he will get paid off to just make up bullshit against Maduro since everyone is already questioning US over Venezuela as is.
Maduro though will have to up the security in Venezuela, especially counter intelligence.

You are assuming Maduro didn't know he was bad...
Outing your own spy is pretty basic stuff... hahahahahaha.... Imagine if Putin called a press conference and announced that in fact Trump is an agent working especially for Putin but the surprise reveal is that the other double agent is not Bernie... it is Joe Biden... but his meds are failing cause he was too old...
Hahaahahahaha... imagine the media circus in the US it would be hilarious the place would go to pieces... I actually think he should do it for a laugh at how pathetically paranoid they are... and when they say... really is this actually true... he can say ... why would it matter what I say to fake news reporters...

Venezuelan special operations forces switched to Chinese small arms
As part of the event held at the Fuerte Tiuna military base in honor of the 15th anniversary of the founding of the command of strategic operations of the Venezuelan armed forces, President Nicolas Maduro was shown new models of Chinese-made small arms of the Venezuelan Special Operations Forces.
In particular, QBZ-97 automatic rifles chambered for 5.56X45 mm NATO, a CS / LS7 submachine gun and LG4 hand-held grenade launchers were demonstrated.
Venezuelan Special Operations Forces also received the Chinese NSG-50 (Norinco CS / LR 13) large-caliber sniper rifles:
