well, it was and not. On the one hand it was an experience for those who joined the army as the element of the People's Republic, on the other hand we were cut from the real experience of changes in the country: many training courses, not many days off. During the first year of service we were treated more as the draft recruits than cadets.TR1 wrote:Hi! Welcome!
