The most advanced and best equipped Flankers in service at the moment are not in Russian service.
That was only because India and China were spending money buying new model Flankers and the Russian Air Force was not.
The Russian Air Force however is now spending money and will want commonality between the Su-35 and PAK FA, so the Su-35 will likely have very first 5th gen avionics... sort of -5th gen, where operational PAK FAs will initially have similar stuff which is rapidly upgraded to fully operational kit.
the stuff installed on the Su-35 and PAK FA will likely evolve and be upgraded regularly with new equipment as needed.
So can we expect Type 30 engine in both MKI and Su-35S by the next decade or will the upgrade to 117 should suffice?
Depending on what the Indian government wants to buy... yes.
It would make sense for the Russians to maintain commonality between the Su-35 and PAK FA in terms of parts, sensors and weapons.
A future light 5th gen fighter might replace the Su-35 and Mig-35 or it might not.
