Earlier, US President Joe Biden admitted that the arms supplies that the US can provide to Ukraine, above all, artillery shells, were depleting. Therefore, according to the US leader, it was decided to supply the Kiev regime with cluster munitions.
So when they run low on cluster munitions are they going to send other illegal weapons like Chem and Bio weapons or perhaps tactical nukes?
Egypt refuses to supply arms to Ukraine despite US’ pressure
Absolutely. Good thing that Sisi is holding his ground in support of maintaining the good relationship with a great friend and ally. Imagine buying billions of dollars worth of military hardware from a great ally while having extensive diplomatic and economic relations with that great power and then turn around and give weapons to its enemy whom it is fighting a war with!?!? The nerve of asking such a thing is staggering lol.
Russia is also currently building Egypt's nuclear power plant, so the ties are much larger and stronger than strictly military.
There were also rumors that the US was trying to make it part of the F-15 deal that the EAF supplies its MiG-29M/M2 to Ukraine. I don't know if there is any truth to that or if it's just a baseless rumor, but it sounds like something the US would try to push.
I'm sure the US would like to see the Egyptian Army be completely severed from any military purchasing relationship with Russia, especially after it succeeded in stopping the Su-35S deal.

He did it also with Saudis once they asked Egypt to send arms to Syria against El Assad ,i remember when Aramco cut the supplies to Egypt and Sisi went to Iraq , at the end they now realized he was right and they invited El Assad to Riyadh lol , mature politics that's good by the way , watch your decisions when the test is high .
Exchanging F-15 to MiG-29M/M2 is a crazy idea , if US introduced it the main purpose will not be helping Ukraine , they know it will not change much there but the main target is to completely cut the military ties between Cairo and Moscow which is good for Israel , something on their dreams , it's not our war , actually we hope the west defeat on that war.

The refusal to send the rockets Russia supposedly ordered (assuming that is true) is more understandable if they also refuse to send weapons to Ukraine.
That is maintaining neutrality in the conflict and shows a lack of the bias the west is showing in this conflict they created and are fueling.

Very true. A few years ago, there was a story in the NY Times about how the CIA contacted the Egyptian Intelligence Service to warn them about a small, cargo ship they had been tracking and it was approaching the southern entrance of the Suez Canal. They claimed they had reason to believe that it was not only carrying/smuggling illegal weapons but was also flying the incorrect colors as a Cambodian ship and they requested the Egyptian Coast Guard to seize it.
So, they waited for it to come out of international waters in the Red Sea and as soon as it was in Egyptian waters in the Gulf of Suez, Egyptian Navy SOF jumped it and seized it.
I think they tried to keep a lid on it looool but the CIA claims they sent a rep immediately within a few hours and to their surprise, not only was it a North Korean ship flying deceiving colors, but it was hauling 30,000 RPGs (the grenades themselves) but that wasn't it! After digging their noses in everyone's business, the CIA wrote a memorandum to Washington that they couldn't believe the RPGs' customer was none other than the Egyptian military LOLOL!
Officials from the Russian Ministry of Defense (MOD) have reached out to Cairo, proposing an arrangement where Egypt would resell 150 rotorcraft engines that were initially purchased from Russia in the past.

are we talking only about the TV3-117/VK-2500 engines (possibly spare engines for their helicopters) or also about entire KA-52 helicopters?
I believe Egypt should have about 4 dozens of those.
