On the last post you made there will be beside the Quote tab, an Edit tab and a red X tab for deletions. It disappears after another post is entered so you would have to delete the second of your double posts, not the first.

I'm guessing that I won't be able to delete it anymore since the post in question is no longer my last post?

I use the Yandex browser
Do you have Java turned on?
A lot of features require Javascript...

Re: Forum Technical Issues
So when you scroll to the bottom of this thread where the reply and post a new thread buttons are located in the gray bar above where it says permissions in this forum: and then lists whether you can post in this forum... does it say you cannot post in this forum or are the buttons for a reply or new post not enabled?

The icons you are supposed to click in order to post or quote are not visible.
Clicking on their locations does not work.

I installed Yandex browser and opened this website and I found the reply and post new threads were missing... but only because I was not logged on.
When I logged on the buttons were there.
I am running Linux.

Re: Forum Technical Issues
Hello Garry,
I have made a total of 1263 posts on this forum. Wanted to check some of the old posts that I made between 2012 and 2014.
However, when I click "Find all messages posted by Sujoy" option under Statistics it shows just 387 posts.
Beyond 14th Dec, 2014 it is not showing me any results. IOW, it is not showing me any of my posts that I had posted between April- 2012 and 14th Dec, 2014.
Just wanted to bring this issue to your notice. If you know of any solution, please do share.
Regards,
Sujoy

Thanks George. Are you aware of any other method that we can use to access our old posts. Tried a Google search but it was not all that helpfulGeorge1 wrote: yes it shows specific number of posts

Re: Forum Technical Issues
Because this forum is the basic model that is essentially free to run AFAIK it has limited space, which means it does not retain all messages.
You can find some very old messages but when I search for all my posts there should be about 25 thousand, it comes up with about 500.
AFAIK there is no archive to store old messages, but I don't know how many have been deleted or could be deleted and what criteria it uses to show or not show posts.

I thought MS used Netscape... which died a natural death and is no longer used.
Do you have the latest version of the Yandex browser?
You might want to explore the browser to see if there are any problems with forums and its javascript status.
Have you tried other browsers like Torch or Opera.
What MS operating system are you using?

It's only this site, I'm using VPN and what not. With or without. Issue I get is that randomly when browsing this site, if I go to a thread, Banggood app in Google Play store auto opens to it (I don't have it, but the playstore page opens up). It's getting annoying.
Only happens when browsing on my phone of course.

Some third party site *.criteo.net is really holding up loading pages on this forum for me.

No problems for me with this site but Yandex seems to have stopped translating entire web pages for me at the moment.
Have to copy chunks of text and translate them bits at a time...

I haven't had to use captcha, it just wont do web pages.
I am running an ancient version of Linux of course meaning an older version of Mozilla, so that is likely my problem... but I can live with that.

This forum has been hacked. I am getting bizarre audio when I visit this site even with Adblock Plus. No other webpage gives me this.

Re: Forum Technical Issues
Is anyone else getting audio when on this site?
I am not.
I do remember getting audio from one site but it turned out the webpage had opened a popup window and was playing an advert... have you checked your taskmanager to ensure there are no other programmes or windows open or other programmes running?
