According to Spotter resources, on June 6, 2021, the first C-27J Spartan turboprop military transport aircraft, built by the Italian company Leonardo for the air force of Turkmenistan, flew from the Italian airport Turin-Caselle to Turkmenistan. The aircraft has the tail number "20 blue" and the Italian military number CSX62319, but so far it does not bear any identification marks. Judging by the presence of winglets on the wings, Turkmenistan received the first board of the new C-27J NG (Next Generation) modification.

Basically a Nona-SVK 2S23 but based on the BTR-60 instead of the BTR-80.
I hope they replaced the two engines for one engine... it would simplify the transmission and improve performance.

They were produced in enormous numbers as a low to medium altitude missile to compliment the medium to high altitude S-75 (SA-2) system that was focused on anti bomber and anti U-2 roles..
The SA-3 was not a bad system and with improved radar and control systems it is still a useful system against a variety of targets.
It would be a good system for use against drones, though its size makes it a little awkward this mobile system would make it more flexible... the missiles should be fairly widely available even now because they would have been made in enormous numbers.
