Tsivileva: 60% of SVO veterans remain to work within the perimeter of the Ministry of Defense
State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Anna Tsivileva emphasized that 900 employees of the "Defenders of the Fatherland" foundation are themselves participants in the special military operation, as well as members of their families.
Around 60% of veterans of the special operation continue to work within the perimeter of the Russian Defense Ministry, including those who have partially lost their ability to work due to injuries received in battle. This was stated by State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Chairperson of the "Defenders of the Fatherland" Foundation Anna Tsivileva.
“I would like to note that 60% of veterans, including those who became disabled after being wounded, continue to work within the perimeter of the Ministry of Defense,” she said.
The deputy minister added that those who make decisions on demobilization receive new specialties in the fields of IT, the agro-industrial complex, creative industries, psychology, law, and medicine. The deputy head of the department noted that 900 employees of the Fatherland Defenders Foundation are participants in the special operation and members of their families.
Earlier, Tsivileva presented awards to distinguished fighters of the SVO at Branch No. 2 of the Vishnevsky Central Military Clinical Hospital. The hospital houses Russian servicemen who were wounded during battles in the special operation zone. In a solemn ceremony, two Orders of Courage, five medals "For Bravery" and a medal "For Bravery" of the 2nd degree were presented.
