Another MP.net immigrant

Hi everyone,

So looks like this is the new place to be for former MP.net members.

I'm SniperRu from MP.net, been lurking/posting there since 2004 (after the RF Forces ezboard forum got shutdown). Good to see many familiar faces from MP.net here.

A bit about me : member of the Russian/FSU diaspora in Canada since 1996. Studied physics engineering and currently working in the field. My main interests outside of work are history, geopolitics and the military (obviously). Also I've recently studied quite a bit of WW2 history so hopefully I can contribute with some knowledge.

Mod/Admin support request: I've tried registering yesterday with my main email and the same username but without the ''_1'', but something went wrong during the captcha-ish thingy and now I can't access that account, nor reuse the same email. Is there a way to fix this? I would rather use have that username (HeNeArKrXeRn).

I wish all the crew from MP net moved here and did not scatter to the winds. But this forum has a drastically different flavour.
Maybe non Russia "stronk" but reasonable members will join. We should grow the photos thread.

well at least I've saved a couple of comments from that thread in my notes. Too bad tho there was this one new user a couple of weeks back that completely destroyed Dr.Preobrazhensky on the subject of Ukrainian politics, from what I heard all of his comments were deleted and he was banned before I could make a copy.

SniperRU, good to see you here mate.

The old Doc was pretty funny with his constant graphs and BS about how great Ukr is doing, especially since all his graphs were from......wait for it.....THE Ukr government, haha, loved how he got shut down by few Serb lads and jagarous (sp?), few times I spewed some tea on my keyboard just reading the replies to his posts. Classic.

Two people that I cant stand there is Dforce and leupnitz, absolute BS posters.

I wasn't the most eloquent poster on mp.net, but the one that got me, was when I posted that the artillery (against Donbass) was the hammer and "nails" cost money!
All of that line of posts, several pages got deleted.
That, I thought, was my best post ever. lol & it was gone in a hurry.
One of my infractions was for "Post didn't meet minimum content quality".

XJ22O --I finally pm'ed some mod. and asked them to get him off of me, (because I couldn't tell him off without getting banned).
I did tell him he was like a tick.
