    About Vietnam, there is a lot of media noise recently in relation with the alliances of the country. But wich part is really true? The new movements changed the previous alliances? What part of all the media noise is really true?

    I don't think that there is anything that offsets Vietnam's geopolitical course. China and then Russia and their non US vassal neighbors must be their biggest allies.
