Not much if any visible difference.

No 30mm autocannon yet, no news about that, was cancelled?

That was a T-95 thing, people assumed it would continue over to Armata but didn't.

I think some people have been assuming it'd show up in production version but doesn't seem to have, I think they're concentrating on making it as good a tank as they can, leaving that auto-cannon role to BMPT/Derivation/T-15.

Armata is not simply a 'MBT' but a fluid concept of a heavy armored vehicle, with multiple roles, multiple turrets, etc. Armata with the Epoch turret does indeed have the 30mm autocannon, but it's using the T-15 chassis, and its intended role is as a APC. It'll be many years (probably 15-20) before we see all the variations of the Armata heavy armored platform that's been already developed, we didn't even see any photos of the T-95 until 2013, despite being ready by 2005/6.

The purpose of the 30mm cannon on the T-95 was to give it a powerful high elevation weapon for use in built up areas like Grozny.

In Grozny normal Russian tanks found their main guns and therefore their coaxial machineguns could not depress down to hit troops hiding in basements firing RPGs and machine guns up at them, and nor could they hit targets in the upper floors of buildings... their only defence was their turret roof mounted HMGs with perhaps 50 rounds ready to use.

The T-95 was supposed to be a tank able to operate in built up areas so a 30mm cannon able to elevate up and down and hit targets high and low was a good solution, but as mentioned modern Armata vehicles are family vehicles with a wide range of weapons from SAMs to artillery to 125mm guns, 120mm mortars, 57mm guns, 30mm guns etc etc.

I would suspect that for vehicles armed with high velocity 57mm guns a low velocity weapon like a 40mm grenade launcher would be a useful compliment, while a vehicle with a low velocity 57mm grenade launcher might carry a pack of guided missiles to deal with any threat of armour or light aircraft.

HMG and 30mm cannon would also be useful for some roles too....

What is the sensor/antena next to the gun ? The lng ones seems to be communication devices but the square one seems to be something new. Maybe a sound ranger ?

Going to have to be more specific... to you mean the small box directly on the muzzle of the gun as it comes out of the turret?

That would likely be part of the gun barrel sensor to detect barrel droop ( a sun heated barrel can expand on top but not underneath leading to a bend in the barrel... not a huge bend mind you, but enough to effect long range accuracy)

The large square covering next to the barrel in the funny shaped cavity is the gunners optics in this case covered up, and further across to the right is what appears to be a laser port sensor and above that an AESA radar array for the APS system... the tiny port at the extreme edge of the turret front appears to be a camera likely used with other cameras to form a DAS system for the crew so they can virtually see the outside of the tank without sticking their heads out of the vehicle.

The Armata is reportedly to be equipped with the system "Glaz" (Eye) produced by the Micran company. Basically a 7 cannister launcher each of which fires a projectile in the air, releases a parachute retarted unit equipped with a camera which then beams the feed into the vehicle

In January, TASS reported on the development in the interests of the Ministry of defense system "Eyes", which is launched from a hand-rocket launcher mini-unit on the parachute, which rises to a height of up to 300 meters, and then throws a device with a high resolution camera, the image which is transmitted to the tablet unit. The system was tested in Syria.

Russia’s Armata Tanks To Get Eye-In-The-Sky Via Cable-Hooked Drone

Russia’s Armata tank will be hooked up to a drone which will fly above the tank to ensure a 360 degree view from a high vantage point.

The drone, called Pterodactyl, designed by the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) will be able to stay in the air for a very long time as it will receive power via a flexible cable directly from the tank. The cable link means the drone will have limited manoeuvrability.

The UAVs is made of composite materials to ensure its durability and lightness. The cable-powered drone will be able to fly around the tank in a radius of 50-100 meters. It will also be able to ascend in the air for tens of meters. The portable radar and thermal night vision device will serve as the eyes of the drone, Pravada reported Wednesday.

The cable system for the UAV has passed tests at a laboratory and fully confirmed specified characteristics. The new UAV is designed as a tiltrotor - the aircraft, the propellers of which rotate together with wings, thus combining the functions of both an airplane and a helicopter in one machine. The peculiarity enables the drone to develop high speeds in the air to catch up with the tank moving at full speed. The drone will be able to take off from the hull of the tank.

The technology was designed for the German prototype of unmanned helicopter Dornier Do-32K in the 1960s. The helicopter used the cable system to receive both fuel and commands on it.

The cable power system is currently used at Israel's Hovermast copter, although it does not work in tandem with a combat vehicle.

Armata tanks outfitted with drones will be able to scan up to ten kilometers of surrounding terrain. The peculiarity will give Armata an indisputable superiority over other existing models of armored vehicles that have no such drones.

I like the idea of a tethered drone like that.
Though a tilt-rotor seems fairly pointless if its not going far, surely a conventional quad-copter or contra-rotor type would make more sense.
Also quite like the cheap disposable rocket/parachute ones.

Problem with the rocket/parachute ones is persistence, you can use it to get a quick overview to take out a problem (or realise its time to bail) in a short engagement but its not a practical solution for long-term.
Tethered one enables a persistent overview but reveals the presence & approx location of the tank + has high potential to get entangled in urban/forest environment.

Having both options would be pretty big but also risks over-complication vs maybe just x-number of wireless drones that would fit in same volume/weight.

Well every vehicle will likely have one but a group of 12 tanks moving forward wont need 12 UAVs floating around the place... especially if they have radar and thermal sensors... just one could be launched and the data collected could be shared amongst the tanks and any troops nearby in vehicles or with Ratnik gear, and of course the information can be uploaded to HQ and any nearby units like Ka-52s or UAVs operating higher up.

Of course the same tethered drone could be carried by a Tigr vehicle for recon or a BMP or in an ambush on a BMPT hoping enemy troops will come over that hill thinking they are taking on a tank and finding the target is much better armed to take on infantry...

Of course in COIN ops the enemy may even have its own UAVs to fly over and have a look... but probably just as often not.

I have read about a Russian 40mm grenade UAV that climbs up several hundred metres and then comes down on a parachute with a 360 degree camera showing the area around the shooter via datalink to all the troops below... there are all sorts of similar systems that you can roll into a room that will allow you to see what is in there before you step foot inside...

I guess some you wont want to be noticed so they can continue to provide information, but sometimes you want the enemy to fire upon them so you can locate their hidden positions more easily...

That is the key detail. At first such dinky drones look like easy targets, but they will have IR cameras that will pick out any
muzzle flash and thus smarmy, Ukr-type achievers will only expose themselves by sniping these drones. So my guess is that NATO
will try to develop EM measures to disable such drones. But they are dealing with Russia, which is top of the class in terms
of EM warfare so it ain't gonna be no "cakewalk".

Considering it will be scanning the immediate area with IR and MMW radar it would probably detect an incoming round and be able to duck to avoid being hit by an unguided rifle bullet...

Think of it as a retractable MMW radar above the mast of an attack helo... but also one that includes an IR sensor too... it could pop up and scan and then drop down... or remain up as long as needed passing data directly to the tank it is tethered to while getting electrical power from said tank for flight and sensors...

I am not sure what EM or electronic interference could do to defeat these drones... with a normal UAV you confuse it about where it is so it generally tries to land, but this could be used to detect EM signals and triangulate the position of the jammer and pass those coordinates to the nearest 120mm mortar unit or 152mm Coalition battery for extra attention... in fact even a nearby BMP could send a few 57mm calibre HE rounds in its general direction to wake things up a bit.

Looks a bit weird, ammo area at bottom overly exposed, I thought the bottom bit was supposed to be semi-recessed?
I guess going for fully un-obstructed interior.

Fully unobstructed interior was one of main design requirements for all new armoured platforms (Armata, Kurganets and Boomerang)

Unobstructed is one thing, you can see the turret ring just under the ammo area & up above the top of the crew periscopes, there is something very weird about it.
The last year version looks more 'right'.
