Good thing it's not the WTC then! Those things were built to last...

It is by far the most cost-effective technology, and buildings can be erected with a factor of conventional building time.
Steel core housing is the mainstay of Chinese housing construction, too.
That is why they can make millions of new homes and buildings in a relatively short period.
You can order a 150m2 full home set for $30k, FOB container delivered to your nearest harbor.
A steel core is rated for 100 years operation period, and that means functionally only that there are no data to shorten "forever last" time.
For example, a concrete prefabricated buildings widely erected in the 60s-90s were rated for 40 years, but constantly refuse to cooperate and standing firm 60 years after.

This building will likely be debugged on a regular basis for both types of bugs just as a matter of course, because both types can be damaging.
The structure seems to be metal so I don't know of many bugs that will infest and eat in to that to be honest.

People wanting to work there would also be vetted to reduce the risk of problems, but such things can never be 100% certain.

Even though Bolton claimed Russia stole the tech from the USA, which is a nice propaganda cover for the thievery that Bolton's
side is engaged in.
The problem is not bugs, but human meat. There is always some loser who can be bought with dollars who thinks the US is
heaven on Earth. The Russian government needs to install its own bugs to catch the philandering traitor who is eager to
sell out.

Unless it's a very top guy, a lonely traitor isn't enough to cause trouble even if he gives everthing he knows. Modern stuff involve tens of different companies with hundreds of workers which don't really share what they do, especially on top secret or highly strategical stuff.
Edit: I would also add that Russia doesn't forbid to go out of the country so if the guy loves the US just resign, get a visa and go away. That's simple and doesn't risk your live by getting a target drawn on your back for one of the most powerful intel agency in the world.

Russian conditions would be quite different from those in the west so some features and design ideas might not be possible for Russia, so many things were likely adapted too.
Someone who makes night vision optics is not an idiot, but will be unable to make up to date optics without help... but once they get that help then they have the potential to look at the current state of the art in the west and use their base knowledge and skill to further improve the designs... make them better performing or cheaper or easier to make etc etc... no technology stands still and it is often on the factory floor where it is produced that a lot of new ideas can be tested to make it smaller and faster and cheaper or more reliable... something a lot of western countries lost when they shifted production to other countries...

Quality is very good i wonder what company makes these optics, hopefully they keep showing high quality videos, marketing should be a priority, really tired of seeing Russia bashing comments everywhere.
Those are probably civilian optics. Modern civilian cameras are more than good for such drones.
Edit: if you want to know more about Zala optics you can see here : https://zala-aero.com/en/production/target-loads/
It' HD resolution for live streaming and full HD for recoding inside the drone's memory.
