I'm a little teapot...
Hello me old China...
I like it...
The MTLB has been updated several times... last time I think was called MTLBu...
Looks like it has better armour and an externally mounted Kord HMG instead of the internal PKT... nice.
Also that Said Aminov chap is the missiles.ru guy isn't he?
He always had interesting photos and information...

Some details of those new UCAV-specific munitions. The FAB-100 and UPAB-100 have the warhead of a BM-27 Uragan MLRS rocket and the UPAB-50 has a Grad MLRS rocket's warhead. All three can be used against infantry, light armored vehicles, and tanks. 94/

57-mm shipborne artillery mount AU-220M in inconspicuous design
At the Army-2020 International Military-Technical Forum in Kubinka, the Nizhny Novgorod Central Research Institute Burevestnik JSC (part of Uralvagonzavod JSC, Rostec State Corporation) presented materials on the proposed sea (ship) version of the new 57 -mm artillery mount AU-220M, and in an inconspicuous ("stealthy") version. The naval ship version of the 57-mm artillery mount AU-220M in an inconspicuous design developed by the Central Scientific Research Institute Burevestnik JSC (c) The Central Scientific Research Institute Burevestnik JSC (via Telegram channel apache-dances )
Stealth is provided by placing an uninhabited artillery weapon station in a special casing in a "stealth" design, the walls of which are folded back before firing.
The 57-mm artillery mount AU-220M with the 57-mm automatic cannon 2A91 is used on the new 2S38 Derivation-Air Defense self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery mount, and the creation of a guided shot is also announced for this artillery mount. Re: "ARMY 2020" Military Technical Forum
Interesting... so they have upgraded Vikhr.... that photo shows the launch tube on the left with its nose hatch closed and the actual missile on the right.
The Vikhr looks like the SA-19/-22 Tunguska/Pantsir missile but it is not related... it is a single stage missile with a fully dual air to air and anti armour ATGM warhead...
8km is the normal range but it says they are fire and forget...
It does not seem to have any nose mounted seeker, and it just looks the same as the old Vikhr that used laser beam riding guidance, which is not really fire and forget as the target needs to be continuously tracked to hit it. Autotracking could effectively make it fire and forget... but not really... you can't turn around and head somewhere else... so maybe there is a new guidance system?

Re: "ARMY 2020" Military Technical Forum
That X-50 or Kh-50 is odd... look at the front suspension point to hang it on a weapon pylon...
I think this is just the front of the weapon... either the rear part is not there or this is designed to attach to the front of rockets or bombs to add guidance capability...
Unless it is a simple glide bomb... the front section the seeker, the middle section the warhead and the rear rocket motor and fins... but it would not balance under a wing pylon with a wing attachment mount where it is...
BTW that 57mm naval gun is a clever way of getting stealth and also a useful gun turret... I wonder if they will do something similar for larger guns on bigger vessels?

One of the more interesting exhibits is the PTKM-1R anti-tank mine, which has gone into serial production. It can detect a tank from 150-250 meters with a thermal imager; the munition is then launched into the air and shoots a penetrator at the roof. 159/
According to this graphic, the munition flies up to 30 meters in the air and can strike a tank at a range of ~50 meters. Izvestia reported that it weighs 20 kg, and can be left for 10 days before it self-destructs and uses thermal and seismic sensors. 160/

Re: "ARMY 2020" Military Technical Forum
There is a staggering amount of tidbits of information in this thread, photos, technical data, videos, contract information etc etc. Too much for me. It does show a very active Russian MIC.
