The FSB has published a list of defense topics that can get Russians labeled as a foreign agent if they collect it including:
    -methods of combat training
-moral and psychological climate in the army
    -location of units
    -forecasts of the strategic situation

These are pet hobbies of liberals so it's not surprising

Granted if it's just used as excuse to cover up the shitty treatment of troops then they are doing the happy days of 90's again

(Oh and for the record, if some abused grunt shoots up the base because officers weren’t doing their job and allowed abuse to happen then they deserve everything they got and grunt should go free, soldiers are there to serve their country not to act as some asshole's punching bags)

You are not supposed to publish this anyway

(Oh and for the record, if some abused grunt shoots up the base because officers weren’t doing their job and allowed abuse to happen then they deserve everything they got and grunt should go free, soldiers are there to serve their country not to act as some asshole's punching bags)

So most mass shooters were probably victims of bullying at some stage in their lives... should they be given a free pass to commit mass murder...

If some abused grunt gets in a tizzy and does not want to go on there is no reason to shoot anyone but themselves... the other alternative is to blockade yourself and shoot into the air till someone high enough up notices and promises to do something about it.

If you kill someone for your beliefs then your life is worth no more than those you killed.

Good luck. Thousands of youtube accounts do it. Hundreds of thousands on forums.

And billions of experts on twitter.

It is a handy vague law that they can use to boost a sentence if they want to... it is like tax evasion laws being used to put serious criminals in prison that can get away with their other crimes by threatening to kill any jury that convicted them and threatening any witnesses not to testify.

Don't know what they mean by this exactly

I would say give away information on future weapons and directions for Russia to take militarily...

Only people I can think of that this would even remotely apply to would be Mindstorm, or Smoothie12...

The US probably has similar laws on its books, like that foreign agent law that they abused Maria Butina with, but as shown the Russians have just demanded western news agencies register as foreign agents, but have not gone to the level of madness the US has.[/quote]

    Civilian life is not military

    In military it's officer's men, it's officer's unit, it's officer's subordinates, it's officer's base and it's officer's responsibility for what happens there

It's what officer gets his paycheck for, it's military not a street gang of feudal property

    Civilian life is not military

No it is not... but why does that matter?

Whether it is boarding school or high school or being in the military there are always rules and always bullies...

Getting a firearm and shooting large numbers of people is not a solution... especially if the people who actually bully you might get shot... what about the people who ignored your complaints and enabled the bullying, the structure that say complainers are worse that bullies... once the shooting starts it can only end a couple of ways and what happens if the person who bullied you the most is not even there that day... and people you don't hate get in the way... either way you are showing what a weak pussy you are being... which kinda makes you the idiot in this situation where in fact the blame needs to be directed at the bully using too much pressure and too much force and breaking... it is very much like making steel... do it right and you have great source material... do it wrong and you end up with brittle rubbish that would be dangerous if it was every used to make a tool because it could shatter under pressure without warning.

It's what officer gets his paycheck for, it's military not a street gang of feudal property

Very true, but what is the culture... is the bully trying to make these pussys into men, or are they just sadistic bastards... how does the officer get his information about what is going on under his command.... is his most trusted source the bully, or a bully enabler?

Not sure where this should go but just in case you face challenges like myself with this.

Sochi. October 24. INTERFAX - Almost 200 VPN services have been blocked in the Russian Federation, said Sergei Khutortsev, director of the Center for Monitoring and Control of the Public Communications Network (CMU PPCN) of Roskomnadzor.
"We work separately with VPN services that violate Russian legislation as a means of bypassing blocking. At the moment, 197 VPN services are blocked," Khutortsev said at the Spectrum 2024 forum on Thursday.
At the last Spectrum forum on October 25, 2023, Khutortsev reported that 167 VPN services that make it possible to bypass blocking have been blocked in the Russian Federation.
Providing access to information prohibited in the Russian Federation was previously included in the list of threats to the stability and security of the Runet.
The Central Radio Frequency Center of the Russian Federation was created on the basis of the Main Radio Frequency Center subordinate to Roskomnadzor as part of the implementation of the law on the sovereign Runet for the centralized management of the public communications network through technical means of countering threats (TSPU).
Since March 1, 2024, the Russian Federation has banned the distribution of information on the Internet that advertises or popularizes means of bypassing blocking for access to illegal content.

If face the opposite issue. I cannot directly certain access Russian websites. Because they ban access to foreign IPs. Try accessing the Gazprom website for example.

Our stupid governments have made us the enemy.

On the positive side if the Russians try to arrest us or impose sanctions on us personally that will be considered a badge of honour and we will become media heros and we can go on talk shows and be interviewed because we will have the badge of under threat of sanction by Putins autocratic regime. It, of course, wont be till after they talk to us that they realise giving us a voice to point out the west is mostly the problem before they cut our mikes and end the video feed and go to commercials...
