DOn't believe for a second they will destroy their chemicals..
What they will only do , is destroy the ones controlled by the government ,
but in underground facilities private companies will continue making them.
Also they could continue producing them outside USA.  in any part of europe or middle east.

Just look at the CIA illegal prisons in Europe.. they exist.. to bypass the laws in US about

Now that i think about that.. Russia should be prepared from US supplying very lethal chemical

For Obvious reasons.. Americans want to threaten Russia security psychologically in any possible way.. with nukes ,chemical weapons and biological weapons deployed at Russian Borders.. by deploying ISIS militants camps near Russia .. Storing Biological weapons near Russian Borders could be used to Blackmail Russia.

This is the reason why Russia needs to get very close mexico or Cuba
and install military bases with nuclear weapons aiming at US cities , and following
later with Biological missiles..  You cannot deal with americans with international laws or human rights.. you need to use FORCE because thats the only thing they understand..

Russia needs to accelerate their Space forces ,and deploy many of their nuclear weapons in space orbiting launchers.. break all nuclear and weapons treaties.. and once you have nukes orbiting space permanently secretly hidden inside satellites..  Russia could launch a preventive total destruction strike on America withing 1-2 minute and wipe most US military facilities ,shutdown

On the site "Leonidovka" in the Penza region completed destruction of stored there chemical warfare agents, "Interfax-AVN" on Monday, Head of the Federal Department for Safe Storage and Destruction of Chemical Weapons, Colonel-General Valery Kapashin.
"Yesterday at the facility" Leonidovka "in the Penza region was sent to destroy the last ammunition with poison gas," - said V.Kapashin.
According to him, the reaction mass processing and roasting of metal buildings will last another month. "The full completion of the works for the destruction of chemical weapons stockpiles in Leonidovka scheduled for September 22. On this occasion, a ceremony will be held," - said the general.

"Until the end of the year, chemical weapons will be completely destroyed three more Russian projects:" Pochep "in the Bryansk region," Maradykovsky "in the Kirov region and the" Pike "in the Kurgan region.
