Renowned for their work in human rights, South Africa’s legal panels have compiled an extensive 84-page charge sheet replete with evidence. These documented proofs align with what the world has witnessed through social media and television screens since October 7.

The pursuit of accountability for war crimes and genocides represents one of the most formidable challenges in our deeply polarized world. The acquittal of such crimes committed by states bears significant consequences for the international rule of law, as it sends a powerful message against global tyranny.

International law offers explicit descriptions regarding holding countries and states accountable for war crimes and the excessive use of force, as seen in Israel’s actions. Any use of force beyond what is deemed necessary for self-defense inevitably leads to criminal liability.

This case underscores the critical need for the international community to uphold justice, ensuring that nations are held responsible for their actions. As the proceedings unfold, the eyes of the world will be on the International Criminal Court, anticipating a landmark decision that could shape the future of global accountability.

The Zionists don't seem to care how their comments could be used against them in court.

Their excuse is that they were promised the land by god from the old testament.

I haven't read the old testament, but does it say you can have this piece of land and anyone who is on there now you can kill and displace as you please.

Hitler did much the same when he decided that his people were chosen by god and needed some living space in the east.

Using a 2,000 year old book to justify actions they experienced less than 80 years ago by monsters and want the world never to forget.

PALESTINE NEEDS HELP: The ICC allows now to submit photo and video evidence!

We need to do this:
1) We need to gather all videos and photos
2) Preferably with the time, location and names of victims
3) Please post all videos, pictures and information in comments
4) I will make concise compilations of related content
5) Retweet and share this thread
6) Submit your own complaint to the ICC, but make sure it is formulated and with clear evidence. The link is in the next post.

Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor:

We submitted a court memorandum to the legal team of the Republic of South Africa and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on the monitoring of the most prominent mass graves that have been established in the Gaza Strip, amidst the crimes by "Israel".

The court memorandum included a preliminary documented tracking of dates, numbers and information for dozens of mass graves that were established in the Gaza Strip, as a result of the huge number of victims of Israeli attacks.
The memorandum comes ahead of two public hearings of the International Court of Justice on Thursday and Friday (January 11 and 12) regarding the South African Republic's claim against Israel regarding the situation in Gaza.

Euro-Med. the monitor provided the South African legal team with other informative memos on mass murders, targeting of the health sector and the results of continuing crimes in the Belt, after the submission of the report.

This is the start of a good background article by Pepe Escobar. But bear in mind that the current president of the ICJ is Joan Donoghue, an American lawyer and former U.S. State Department hack. She has significant weight toward the outcome of any case.


Nothing less than the full concept of international law will be on trial this week in The Hague. The whole world is watching.

It took an African nation, not an Arab or Muslim nation, but significantly a BRICS member, to try to break the iron chains deployed by Zionism via fear, financial might, and non-stop threats, enslaving not only Palestine but substantial swathes of the planet.    

By a twist of historical poetic justice, South Africa, a nation that knows one or two things about apartheid, had to take the moral high ground and be the first to file a suit against apartheid Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).  

The 84-page lawsuit, exhaustively argued, fully documented, and filed on 29 December 2023, details all the ongoing horrors perpetrated in the occupied Gaza Strip and followed by everyone with a smartphone around the planet.

South Africa asks the ICJ – a UN mechanism – something quite straightforward: Declare that the state of Israel has breached all its responsibilities under international law since 7 October.

And that, crucially, includes a violation of the 1948 Genocide Convention, according to which genocide consists of “acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.”

I think that is the key... the rest of the world does not expect these agents of the US and EU to be fair or impartial and so when it obviously collapses, or even if it comes to the right decision but it doesn't matter because Israel ignores the UN and the ICJ then talk will turn to something that countries cannot ignore as they please and something that is actually fair and unbiased... something not in Europe or the US...

This is about changing the world order the west has created to control the world into something that will actually serve the interests of the countries of the world.
