Whoa that is actually huge. Those are legit as good as anything made by the west. Just take a look at the complex array of antennas on the A-100 it is nuts. This will also help Russia in fielding them faster.

Re: Russia - Algeria military contracts
It is also important because such platforms are often seen as expensive toys that only the very rich can afford... but actually they make you air power rather more effective by improving command and control.
The last incident in India involving Pakistani fighters... if they had an AWACS platform available that could have managed the situation I think things would have gone rather more in Indias favour.
I do think the Russians need a smaller cheaper AWACS platform that can operate from land... perhaps Tu-204 based with extra fuel to extend flight range... it would need better airfields to operate from, but it would also probably be cheaper to operate with more fuel efficient engines and better aerodynamic shape.
It also suggests they will be buying Il-476s in the future as well which is good for that design too... they need to expand production capacity, because I think world wide demand will be high for this aircraft and even more so if they go ahead with the Il-276 replacement for the An-12 and Hercules.

It looks like Surovkin is in Algeria as part of the 'real world experience of Russian weapons in action' sales team.

Sergei Surovikin is in Algeria as part of a delegation from the Russian Ministry of Defense, but this visit does not have military purposes, but involves participation in an intergovernmental meeting. A source from Izvestia reported this on September 15.
“Officially, this is not a military visit, but an intergovernmental meeting during which weapons systems are proposed,” the interlocutor said.
According to him, the meeting is attended by high-ranking officers who themselves used these weapons in the zone of Russian special operation to protect Donbass. Surovikin is in Algeria as an honored guest, without a position.
