Guys. How do i navigate around here. Any tips and recommendations on how to use this site.

Left click on the search button above and put a few terms in and click google search and it should find most related topics here.
Otherwise click on the home link to see the basic section structure of the site with a link near the bottom called todays active links. Also near the top of the page will be View posts since last visit to see what is changing ATM.
