How to meet the Russian President?

Yes, hello. It was an unusual question.
Some of my acquaintances who are active military wondering how the simplest way to meet Russian President is? it is by contacting the Russian Armed Forces and come in official visit (he's highranked friend). Are there other ways to access without getting attention? What forms of contacts need to "he" or else to get his brief visit achieved.

Actually be somebody, that might help.

A questions comes from a user with only two posts wanting a quick and easiest way to meet President Putin... some could get the wrong impression from your intentions.

I understand your caution. But it is not me who wants to meet him. Anyways: my friend who wants it has found the way.
