Another migrant from MP.net

Looking for a thread about the conflict in Ukraine.

Some ex-MP net persons will recognize me.

I'm an American, from Texas. I have Russian and Siberian dna, but it's so far back, I have no knowledge of my ancestors who lived there!
Many of my non-Indigenous ancestors came to the USA early, and my Indigenous ones came here earlier than that!
Some of my ancestors was in Texas when it still belonged to Mexico.
Looking forward to meeting persons, discussing Ukraine conflict, and reading what others post.

Yep, my Dad was a cowboy. My Grandfather was a cowboy, & my Great Grandfather allegedly drove a stagecoach for Butterfield in Texas before the Civil War. Another Great Grandfather owned a horse ranch in Texas, and his wife's Mother and her husband were cattle raisers. Even after her husband died in the 1860's, she, as a widow with 2 young girls and a young son, was ranching.
By the time I was born, all land and cattle was gone, for one reason or another, and we were "dirt poor".
But it was a great life when I was growing up!

I enjoyed your quality posts in the MP.net Ukrainian thread.

This is great, I hope the whole rational component of MP net migrates here.
