It seems USA will stop at nothing to sow chaos among former Soviet republics, and their final target in sight is the Russian Federation. I hope Russia will find a way to step in and mow down all these pathetic Maidan instigators and feed them all to a grinding machine Rolling Eyes This is all too obvious!

Of course things are worrisome. Specially since the West is trying its best to drive a wedge between us and Russia. They have been trying that for many years now.

However Armenia and Ukraine are completely different for many reasons including:

    - There is hardly any difference between two Armenians. Unlike Ukrainians which can be Russian speaker, Surjik speaker, Ukrop speaker, Orthodox, Catholic etc.
    - 99% of Armenians don't hate Russia
    - Most Armenians have a relative in Russia who lives and works there and sends money back home
    - There are 3 million Armenians in Armenia and another 2 million in Russia
    - Armenia is already in the Eurasian Union
    - Russia has an Army in Armenia and guarantees its protection against Turkey
    - 80% of Armenia's exports go to Russia
    - Many big businesses in Armenia (Electricity, railroad, gas, phone, etc.) are Russia owned
    - All our Oligarchs are on the government side (unlike Ukraine)
    - We are in a state of war with Azerbaijan (while Ukraine was in peace before Maidan)
    - We don't share a border with Russia

I can go on and on. So, it is not a photocopy of Maidan. Something else, something different...
As I said earlier, the demonstrations are more socio-economic than political. People just don't like this government and will take to the streets for any reason. Where this can lead...I don't know and I am worried. If the West and its cohorts succeed, it will be a major disaster for my country.
But we Armenians have the instinct for survival and survive we did for thousands of years.

Phew. Thank goodness that CIA backed coup is over. Lukashenko better watch out. CIA has snipers coming to shoot him in the head.

Maybe Armenia is already on US payroll:

    https://ria.ru/world/20160827/1475453570.html

Armenia arrested Russians that US state are "wanted" for connections with no evidence of, and may face extradition to US.

Meaning now Armenia is kidnapping Russians for the US.

My patience with all of these fake "friends of Russia" is wearing really thin. This BS crosses a major red line. I say Russia
should let Armenia flail in the wind. America, Azerbaijan and Turkey will be its new "friends" in the jail cell sense.

    Enough bullshit.

Try to be less emotional. News reports are affecting you too much.

Armenia: Yerevan court frees Russian citizen wanted by US for arms trafficking

At the end it is the US that gets a red face.

The style is typical with American foreign policy, making things upside down and then make it look like real facts, its so delusional.

...Wanted for arms trafficking lmao?...If they're serious about fighting arms trafficking, why the hell was all those arms going to Syria? Wasn't that a form of arms trafficking?...Then there's the "gun-walking" scandals that the ATF was up to their ears in lol!

Americans make up all sorts of ludicrous accusations motivate by the geopolitical ambitions. For example, in the wake of the
bombing of Daesh oil convoys to Turkey by Russian forces in Syria, we had the US putting Syrians on a blacklist for "trafficking in
Daesh stolen oil". Complete and utter Kafkaesque nonsense. It was Turkish and Iraqi businessmen who were laundering Daesh
oil to the world market. The US did not put a single one of the actual perps on the blacklist.

Russia should go after US citizens with a vengeance. I am quite sure there are a lot of actual war criminal scale crooks engaged in
all sorts of major crime around the world who are US citizens. Uncle Scam needs a swift kick in the testicles.

    Off Topic

The US troll program is well documented, unlike the propagated "Russian troll program" for which there is no evidence of actually existing.

It gets simpler actually. Just visit RT's comment section, both on their website and on their Youtube channel. What's interesting is that RT recently changed its comment system and what ensued was genuine discussion and generally positive comments that raked in 100s of upvotes. However, the programs the US use (both employees and algorithmic) have since adapted and transformed the comments section back into what it was before the change.

The shill war is real and the US even uses it in a domestic environment, with Hillary using a substantial troll program to bolster her campaign online, going as far as to use her contacts in Google Alphabet to manipulate search results (not that manipulated search results were any secret, this is 1984 after all).

The main issue about these protests was the issue of ceding lands in Nagorno-Karabakh. The people pressured the government not to cede anything. Anything else is just speculation and emotional analysis that aims to create a rift in the solid Armenia-Russian relationship. Don't waste your time.
