Rusnano and Gazprom shake hands on nanotech pipes and parts
Gazprom, Russia’s gas giant, and Rusnano, the national nanotech corporation, have agreed to continue cooperation in bringing nanotech products to the natural gas monopoly’s sites across Russia, Rusnano announced.
The partners looked into new opportunities in use of composite pipes and coupling components by Gazprom. It was decided to continue the preparation of technical specifications for such pipes and components for Gazprom’s main gas transportation pipelines. With approval of operational prototypes to be made based on the specifications, Gazprom may agree to use the innovative solutions in its pilot pipelines.
The partners also kept looking into ways of introducing composite pipes to Gazprom’s water supply projects, gas production pipelines on fields and some other pipelines to be made provisionally as a field is being developed. Some of the new pipes have already been tested at Gazprom Neft, the oil-producing asset of the gas company; more tests are expected on Gazprom’s electrical energy subsidiaries.
Gazprom is also considering using nanotech products, including those manufactured by Rusnano’s portfolio assets, in its ambitious Eastern Gas production program in Russia’s Far East.

Re: Russian Oil and Gas Industry: News
So 6% less than stated 50% but 6% higher than apparent official report of 38%. I find that suspicious.
That said, according to RIA (on smartphone so it is hard to translate) said Russia will gain 3B rubles from Sakhalin-2 in 2016 after dividends and what not. So I think Russian LNG will be Russias ticket to more profits.

I would tell Turkey they can take a hike. And demand payment ahead of time for gas and no discounts. If no payment, no gas.

France confirms its interest in Nord Stream-2 project — Russia’s Energy Minister
The project concerning the expansion of the Nord Stream gas pipeline will be carried out together with the French company ENGIE
MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. France has confirmed its interest in the Nord Stream-2 project, Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.
"We have discussed the issues of cooperation between Russian and French companies. In particular, the biggest project will be carried out together with the French company ENGIE — it concerns the expansion of the Nord Stream gas pipeline — its third and fourth lines. France confirmed its interest in the project," Novak said.
On Wednesday, Novak met Segolene Royal, France’s Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy. The ministers discussed a successful experience of Russian-French cooperation in energy sector, including the Yamal LNG and the Nord-Stream-2 pipeline.
Nord Stream 2 pipeline will have the throughput capacity of 55 bln cubic meters. Gas will be transported from Russia across the Baltic Sea to Germany, the UK, France, Denmark and other countries bypassing Ukraine. France’s Engie is one of the shareholders of the project
Yamal LNG is a large-scale project on creating a liquefied natural gas production facility with 16.5 mln tonnes per year capacity on the base of the resources in Russia’s Yamal peninsula. The project’s proven and probable gas reserves amount to 927 bln cubic meters. The project involves the creation of transport infrastructure, including a seaport and an airport near the Sabetta village (north-east of the Yamal Peninsula). Russia’s Novatek holds 60% in Yamal-LNG, while France’s Total and China’s CNPC hold 20% each in the project.

Construction of LNG Terminal in Leningrad Region to Start in February
Cryogaz company, owned by Gazprombank, plans to start construction of a LNG production and reloading terminal at the port of Vysotsk in the Leningrad region early next year, the press service of the regional government reported.
ST. PETERSBURG (Sputnik) — Yaroslav Golko, first vice president of Gazprombank, the project’s investor, said the bank and the regional government are engaged in constructive dialogue. Golko said the company will launch the project in February.
“This project is important for the Leningrad Region. The terminal will increase the number of jobs and replenish the budget with taxes. About 700,000 metric tons of gas will be exported. We welcome the decision of Gazprombank to support the project and are also ready to help, for instance, in rezoning land plots as industrial areas,” Head of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko said at a meeting with the company’s executives.
The flare system at Russia's first liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant (the Sakhalin II project), built by Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd. in the village of Prigorodnoye in southern Sakhalin.
The terminal will produce 660,000 metric tons of LNG a year. The project also provides for building a branch off of the Leningrad-Vyborg-State Border gas main.
The project will create from 100 to 120 jobs. The construction (including the preparatory period) will take from three to four years (2015- 2018). Gazprombank plans to invest about 50 billion rubles in the project.
Cryogaz is now surveying land plots for the construction of the terminal and the branch of the gas main.
Cryogaz was established in 2004 and is now fully owned by Gazprombank.

Gas yes, but oil, not sure?
