On the part of bmpd, we recall that the border patrol ship (PSKR) "Rasul Gamzatov" project 22460 (code "Okhotnik", developer - JSC "Severnoye PKB") with serial number 511 became the third and last ship built for the Coast Guard of the Border Guard Service of the FSB of Russia by PJSC "Shipbuilding Firm" Almaz "(St. Petersburg) within the framework of the concluded with FSB of Russia in November 2014 a state contract with a total value of 7.58 billion rubles for the construction of the last three PSKR project 22460 with serial numbers 509, 510 and 511. The first two ships under this contract are "Vigilant" (serial number 509) and "Impeccable" ( serial number 510) were commissioned in 2017 and 2018. The third ship with the serial number 511 has actually been in the slipway stage of construction since 2017 and was officially laid down September 4, 2018. However, it was only on December 21, 2019 that Rasul Gamzatov was launched , and after that he remained at the wall of the construction plant for about a year and a half, awaiting installation. a new combat module, which the previous ships of this project 22460 were not equipped with, and which is a new version of the Gibka anti-aircraft missile turret launcher for the use of Igla and Verba anti-aircraft missiles, as well as ATGMs of the Ataka family. Only in May 2021, the combat module was installed on Rasul Gamzatov, after which, in July 2021, factory sea trials were started in the Baltic. In October 2021 "Rasul Gamzatov"was towed from St. Petersburg along the inland waterways to Astrakhan, after which it moved from there to Makhachkala, where it was now put into operation. She became the second PSKR of project 22460, serving in the Caspian Sea, after the second ship in the series "Brilliant", which was commissioned back in 2012.
Prior to Rasul Gamzatov , the Almaz shipbuilding company has built ten Project 22460 border patrol ships since 2010, and Vostochnaya Verf JSC in Vladivostok has built three more ships. Further construction of the series was discontinued.
