Or the parts fit into their location but they will have a gap that make them move a bit.
You have to be aware however that quality control doesn't just occur in the factory.... from production to deployment to operational use it will pass through dozens of hands and any one of them could notice that a missile doesn't fit properly or the fin has a different shape or size etc etc.
When things get to the forward deployment area they are generally examined to ensure they have not been damaged in transit too.
The stolen formula could help if war begins at that moment.
It could also be false information planted to make you spend billions on new ammunition that might turn out to be useless against the real thing... besides even if it is genuine when you bring out the new ammo and deploy it widely enough to make it actually useful when the enemy get some examples they can develop new counters that render it much less effective again.
That is why nations whose armies dont have experience whit data colect and calculus must lewrn from errors. Now point complex the project complex the job making if is a wrong number.
By the time the Soviets were building the Su-27 prototype they had plenty of experience building aircraft and using computer models etc, yet the first model that was supposed to be superior to the F-15 turned out to be inferior... they quickly redesigned it and the new prototype was superior in terms of aerodynamics...

Would a periodic table be usefull for all materials including combining of 2 3 4 5..... ? Grouping in rows and collumns upon their electrons would group them in similar properties. So you will know that once you go futher a specific element some properties that you want are seen.
The Mendelev table groups elements and shows metallic and non metallic elements and shows various groups but it doesn't really show major properties by groups.
For instance lead and Uranium are closely related... Uranium can decay into lead and in certain circumstances lead shielding on a nuclear rector can be turned into gold, but Urainium is harder and stronger than lead... lead is used inside bullets for its mass rather than its hardness.
That would help if you have not imagination to find yourself a new material. Computers could make that simulation.
But that is the problem... you can't look at the table and say if you combine this element with that element that you will get something hard and strong. When combining metals you need a specific process to form an alloy that will last and do the things you want it to.

It is not a guidance system though in the case of the new 5.45mm ADS rifle the air pocket stabilises the round in absence of spinning the projectile.

Depends on how stretchy the wires were and how heavy the ball was but if the car was moving at a constant rate the ball would remain in the middle. If the car slowed down the ball would move forward and then return to the centre, etc etc.

The inner ear balance system is based on fluids. Stabilisation and guidance systems are based on gyros.
When you spin something it stabilises like a bullet. Once stabilised it tends to maintain the same anglular position no matter what changes are made to the container it is in.
A ring laser gyro replaces a spinning top with a fibre optic cable with a laser beam travelling through it. It uses kilometres of fibre optic cable and is so sensitive it can detect the earths rotation just sitting on a table. the longer the optic cable the more accurate it is.
It can detect changes in angle in pitch and yaw and roll and accelerations in any direction.

Well point is some countries dont have such a strict verification of quality. Some of them they got the point some....still experiment.

And those that cant put togheter cant form new materials. So you take a strong material combined whit a flexible one that put togheter electrons and form a new material. Steel is and example. Now how you do that? By experiencing different ways to combine (high temperature , low temperature and so on).

Now i have a idea that is not militar. I have a game on my android called "rusia simulator". A big game that connect to goverment can be made. Whit real economic situations. Users can add own rules like in star craft brood war campaign editor whit triggers. The best results whit stability over years can be shared to government. Simulation on people behaviour can be added and can be made different people categories.

You would say people behavior cant be simulated. But by intervievs and tests can be estqblished aproximately how many peoples from 1000 lets say risk a lot , risk moderate and low. Or accept less or more salary less or more hours of work. How many new ideaw apear daily. How many finish school. And others. All by social studyes.

Now i want to ask something that is discuss in military groups: the tank is still a must have weapon? Because its so helpless when aviation strikes and also can be replaced whit succes on war field by trucks whit short range land to land missile + 1 2 pieces of land to air missiles. Such trucks even if they dont have big armour have the speed , maneuvrability , ability to carry a lot of missiles and enough space and power to carry more countermeasures than a tank against a lot of types of threats : ATM, ATGM, MANPADs, grenade launchers. Like i said a 1 2 air missiles coule be add. And all those can be carryied by a tank engine cause the tank engine is made anyway to carry a +50 tons armour.

A truck like this can hit at a range like 20 km but the tank can hit his HEAT or spike projectile from no more than 3 km. So even if has no armour the truck strike from far away. You would say : if the tank escape closely? Well then a version of arena would help the truck. Knowing that the truck carry instead of armour countermeasures means a bigger version of arena can be put. Also i have a own concept of self defence against penetrators: lets say we have a proximity sensor and a stick whit a arc (spring), when penetrators approach the stick are managed by sensor and the powerfull spring spin them and hit the penetrator and deviate him.

Also how would be to have a remote controled truck whit no armour but whit a big cannon? Being operated by a armoured vehicle. Or a truck whit a well armoured cabin for 1 person that person being the only one manevrating truck and weapons.

Lets say we have 20 trucks each whit high accuracy missile. And they face a larger group of tanks. Each trucks has more missiles so can engage the larger group of tanks. Each missile is subsonic and can turn in air to reach a moving target and escape anti missiles. Each missile is at the limit between subsonic maneuvrability and high subsonic speed. Each truck is conected to a big truck whit radar that can follow up to 20 targets. The missiles are fired and guided whit precision to target by radar. On close to target a own small radar is on and trace enemy. On enemy missile approach eqch missile launch its warhead at 20 meters above. A drone surveil the area. The tanks if they are single have no chances. Only problem would be when siege a city cause they are exposed to fire from short distance from city blocks. There they will wait outside city and fire whit high accuracy the missiles. Here tanks enter first. But the trucks will cover aerian space and plane land outside city. The only problem i see is how will the trucks manage fire from close range from cover up enemis whit rpg &etc. Hope the arena solution will work. And the cabin can like i said remain armoured. How would be that the driver to stay horizontally in tanks and trucks?

Well but SAMs are used when fighting in far away from own territory?

Think that missiles from ATGMs that explode above tank could not reach the missiles inside the truck cause the missile explode above and own missiles of truck are deep inside the truck. Only threat are spike rod from tank but those can penetrate anything.

I am familiar with risperidone; it is one of the second generation atypical antipsychotics. As far as I know they are very effective. Olanzapine is another one.

I have taken olanzapine but no effect. Risperidone seems to work but has side effects.
