The 'moderate', 'vetted' opposition only exists to give plausible deniability to the CIA. This has happened far too many times - CIA gives 'moderate' ATGMs etc to moderates, ISIS attacks moderates, moderates run away, ISIS gets loads of ATGMs etc.

Not quite.  I think the SAF uses low altitude attacks as before.

Anyway, taking out such launchers will be a high priority for the RAF.    They should use anything they have to do it, including
dumb bombs.   If the terrorists use human shields, that is just collateral damage.   Russia cannot allow human shielded SAM systems
to be installed in Syria.   Let NATO propagandists scream all they want.
