Nothing to celebrate yet, these are just the first actions in what is going to be a very nasty fight. Supply routes may have been severed but they have had a very long time to stockpile everything they need, probably underground. Fighting positions and tunnels, both defensive and offensive, will have been prepared. Those fighting know it will be to the death and they will be determined to take as many of the enemy with them as they can.Project Canada wrote:
But is Aleppo a complete victory indeed or are we celebrating too soon? From what I've read the SAA still has to flush Terrorist excrements mixing with civilians in its neighborhoods and the US along with its lapdogs in the UN are doing everything they could to sabotage Russian and Syrian plans for a safe corridor to evacuate civilians in the area.
There will be a lot of buildings being reduced to rubble. Combat engineers will be key to the success.
