By definition for someone to steal your job they would have to get you fired and then be hired in your place.

Most of the job stealing talk is about people not getting through the selection process and being rather bitter about it.

Depending on the job much of the time anyone could do it, or be trained to do it well... it just comes down to attitude and ability to get on with the other workers.

If you are complaining that foreigners are stealing YOUR job then perhaps it is pretty obvious that the problem is your attitude... why do you think the job is yours and not theirs?

Of course things like affirmative action where ethnic minorities or females are chosen ahead of white males can come in to play, but that is just creating a situation that minorities and females can take advantage of... you can hardly blame them for the hiring policy of the company you want to work for.

How long are they going to hire people for these reasons only to find they don't have the best people for each role and start to want to roll back such a policy.

Sometimes it is when they have to start firing people that they find the women and ethnic minorities get good lawyers to help them and firing them would be a minefield so you end up having to fire the competent people which of course just makes things worse.

These days some employers are finding men are hostile to the idea of working with women because some women are manipulative and back stabbing and don't work well with others. You can find plenty of Youtube videos about female business owners who thought it would be a good idea to hire only women and their experience led them to never hire women again.

If that can happen with gender then of course it can happen with race or religion.
