Pakistanis are inbreeders? Where did you get that from? If this is true then in all likelihood Indians are inbreeders too, coz they were one country till about 70 yrs ago.

It's common among Muslims religion to marry your first cousin. Hindus and Sikhs do not. They actually have to go to neighboring or even further villages to marry their kids off as happened to my wife's parents and my wife (marrying a white guy), Muslims on other hand marry their first cousins in India. Pakistan is predominantly Muslims (over 90%) and of course, traditions do not stop. Look up Tarek Fateh. He loves to point this out even though he himself is Muslim from Pakistan (which is evident not all Muslims marry their first cousins but it is a major issue in Pakistan). India on other hand is 60% Hindu, and a large number of Sikhs and Christians as well.
Some Muslim nations like Egypt frown upon the marrying first cousin concept in Islam because of genetic issues associated with it. Hence why Egypt is very secular, especially compared to Pakistan we're they go as far as trying to call themselves Arab (Urdu is pretty much Punjabi but in Arabic characters. My wife can understand Urdu just can't read it).

Indian may have hit some buildings actually. But they don't seem to be destroyed. They said 1000kg bombs were used so they should have been destroyed. Maybe other it was only rockets

In Donbass we could well see, what artillery shells did to buildings and are far smaller than aviation bombs. If they hit such building with any kind of bomb, this building will be destroyed, not to say to be hit by three bombs. Those spots could be from dirt, which fall there from missed hits or could be simple difference in colour between older roof plates and newer roof plates. IAF simply fail to hit targets with precision guided bombs and now Bollywood do everything possible to hide this embarasment.

A penetrating gravity bomb is NOT the same as a regular Mk80-series bomb, which use about 50% of mass for the explosive filling.Big penetrator weapons don't necessarily carry the biggest quantity of high explosives to bring down all structures. This Spice 2000 variant likely didn't either. Big penetrators spend most of their mass on the casing (to, you know, penetrate). The BLU-109/B, a 2000-lb class weapon uses only 240 kg of explosives (a quarter of its mass).
Finally, if India's SPICE munitions are all-up rounds (not kits), it stands to reason they would be earmarked for high value targets, and therefore would be built around penetrating bombs, not generic HE. That all but guarantees they have low-mass warheads.
