A UN source told Reuters: In an incident that occurred yesterday, an Israeli tank targeted a watchtower at the main UNIFIL base in Naqoura, southern Lebanon.

They said 2 peacekeeping soldiers were injured after a Merkava tank fired at a watchtower in the UNIFIL headquarters in Naqoura.

The international forces reported that Israeli soldiers "deliberately" fired at surveillance cameras around the site, disabling them, as well as targeting UN observation post No. 1-32A in Ras al-Naqoura, "where regular tripartite meetings were held before the war began, causing damage to the lighting and retransmission station."

The international forces reminded "the Israeli army and all active parties of their obligations to ensure the safety and security of UN personnel and property and to respect the sanctity of UN buildings at all times."

The drone was launched by Hezbollah from Lebanon.

This is the longest distance a Hezbollah drone has ever flew. According to Israelis it flew a distance of 100km.

The Iron Dome failed to intercept it.

The Israeli army uses the homes of settlers in some settlements in northern occupied Palestine as gathering points for its officers and soldiers, with its military bases conducting the aggression on Lebanon located inside settlement neighborhoods in major occupied cities like Haifa, Tiberias, Acre, and others.

These homes and military bases are targets for the Islamic Resistance’s rockets & drones. Therefore, we warn settlers to avoid these military gatherings for their own safety until further notice.
