uh.. Russian tourist got stranded in our country due to being unable to withdraw money. there are 1150 Russians entering Indonesia at January.
Kinda bit worried. Hopefully Russian consulate can do something.

Makes sense. Visa and Mastercard don't work outside of Russia for Russians. So the consulate will have to negotiate and or if Unionpay is accepted, the cards of these individuals will have to be replaced with ones that work in union pay

White people do not get involved in as many conflicts as people of colour do. Compare the number of wars in Europe since the end of WW2 with the number of wars in Asia and Africa.

Don't know how true this is but apparently Zelenski has now passed a law that allows all people in Ukraine to kill Russians. This would effectively turn each and every Ukrainian into a soldier and stripping them from being a "civilian"!

The war to the last Ukrainian continues...it makes Umerica very happy.

Soldiers of the DPR Army in the east of the city took control of the neighborhoods: "Azovsky", "Naidenovka", "Lyapino", "Vinogradar" and went to the Azovstal plant. In the western part of the city, the "Western" microdistrict has been liberated.

The eastern sector of the Ukr army is in big shit - they are being annihilated. The dominoes are about to start falling...

I do hope that Odessa can survive this relatively intact when the attention shifts westward.

There was a cold snap in western Russia and extending to northern Ukraine in the last couple of days. The New York Times is
writing that this is slowing down the Russian operation.
