The official Telegram channel of the press service of PMCs speaks of a complete cessation of recruitment to Wagner from prisoners in Russian penal colonies. It is reported that recruitment to PMC "Wagner" from among persons serving sentences in penitentiary institutions has not been conducted for more than a month.
