Here is a small analysis that I did about the conflict in Gaza. Some points about the new confrontation between Israel and Hamas:
Zionism was not as strong as it appeared. Something that had already been seen in 2006 in their war against Hezbollah.
The famous wall with super detectors, remote-controlled weapons, cameras, etc., etc., was not effective.
Israeli intelligence, Mossad, Shin Bet, etc; was not efficient in preventing the attack.
Many barracks were taken, capturing a large amount of weapons.
Israel's constant boasting about having Hamas under control was pure smoke.
The Merkava are not as invincible as they said, in fact, they are easy to destroy even for militias, with not so modern weapons. And in many cases homemade.
It has even been seen that they were destroyed by not very modern anti-tank systems.
By the way, we can imagine the casualties that Israel had in 2006 (there were not so many cell phones with cameras or networks to show them).
Hamas is a highly trained militia, which has reached levels similar to those of Hezbollah.
Israel suffered terrible humiliation.
Israel is an unviable state.
The Iron Dome and Iron Dome are not infallible. Many rockets have not been intercepted.
The Palestinian Resistance has thousands of rockets, many of them reaching all of Israeli territory.
Israel has lost dozens of military vehicles, many of them armored, including several of its most modern tanks.
The Palestinian Resistance has quite a few drones, many of them capable of destroying the most modern Merkavas.
Israel has failed in at least two ground incursions and that has cost it casualties in men and weapons.
Zionism is murderous and does not have the slightest compassion towards the civilian population.
The USA and part of Eastern Europe continue to support Israel, including the major media.
The people of the world repudiate Zionism.
The Arab world is mobilized in favor of Hamas.
Until now, there have been attacks against Israel from Yemen, Lebanon, Syria and even armed clashes in the West Bank.
US bases have been attacked in Syria and Iraq.
Israeli base in Eritrea was attacked.
The USA moved several aircraft carrier groups towards the Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf.
As always, attempts were made to impose conspiracy theories such as: "Hamas was created by Israel", "Hamas responds to Iran", "It is a Mossad move", etc, etc.
All this leads us to think that if the countries of the "Axis of Resistance", with the support of other Arab countries, attack Israel, it would be defeated despite its great advantage in military power, especially air power. Since wars continue to be defined by combat on land.
A ground invasion of Israel could reach deep into its territory, as Hamas actually showed on October 7.
Israel lacks strategic depth and these days that was clearly evident.
