Israel is desperate to get the US involved, especially as the US announced that the USS Ford (the main US air strike group) will be sailing for home.

An Israeli drone strike on Hamas' office in Beirut, Lebanon, has killed four people, including the terror group's deputy political leader, local media has reported. 'Four people were martyred and a number of others injured when the Hamas office was targeted,' in Dahiyeh, an area in Beirut's southern suburbs and a stronghold of the Iran-backed Hezbollah, Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) said.

Video footage of the aftermath of the strike shows a large fire burning on a nearby street, which are covered in dust and rubble.

The exact death toll, and the number of people injured in the attack, for which no one has yet officially claimed responsibility, is not currently known, but sources have claimed that top Hamas official Saleh Arouri, one of the founders of Hamas' military wing, was killed in the blast.

A senior figure in Islamic Jihad (PIJ) told Al-Mayadeen that the ceasefire proposal submitted to Egypt is on behalf of PIJ & Hamas together.

The proposal stipulates in its first clause that a ceasefire requires a complete withdrawal of IOF forces from the Gaza Strip, before any agreement can be reached.

Al-Qassam (Hamas)

Eliminated 5 IOF soldiers from point-blank range, northeast of the Bureij camp, in the central Gaza Strip.

The israeli army admits to the elimination the of an officer in the northern Gaza Strip today:

Staff Sgt. Sufian Dagash, 21, of the Combat Engineering Corps 601st Battalion.

Another officer, soldier, and reservist soldier of the 601st Battalion were seriously wounded in the same incident, the army says.

IOF Spokesman Hagari in first comments since IOF drone assassination in Beirut:

The IOF still didn’t officially claim responsibility. But doesn’t matter, even the street rat knows it

AT school 101, if you can not penetrate the armor. target it's tracks.

I remember an QRF action in Afghanistan where we had to retrieve an APC that was disabled in an urbanised enviroment under taliban assault.
RPG rocket penetrated the engine compartment and crushed the driver's legs, fire broke out in the tank burning the injured driver partially.
It was insane, Taliban knew we tried getting to the trapped driver in the APC and threw everything into their assault.

Having an mobility kill on an armored vehicle can be just as effective as killing the vehicle outright.

That's right , they don't have to completely destroy the tank .

Also using ATGMs with higher penetration will slow down the mobility of Hamas units which could be tracked and targeted easily by drones .

They have the advantage of using the buildings which give them a good angle to target the upside weak part of the tanks , the rubble is an advantage now like what happened in Mosul or Monte Cassino battles .
