Lebanon is a deeply divided country. During the civil war most Maronites (from right, nationalist parties) and Hezbollah were on opposing sides. Those Maronite groups were allied to Israel. This is not a betrayal of Hezbollah, but completely expected outcome. Maronites and Hezbollah are still on opposite sides, with only difference being that they are not fighting with weapons anymore. Otherwise, nothing changed since the civil war.

According to preliminary data, an Israeli strike near Rafik Hariri University Hospital in southern Beirut has killed four people, including a child, and injured 24 others. The strike also caused significant damage to the medical facility, the Lebanese Ministry of Health's Emergency Response Center reported.

An Israeli force unit attempted to infiltrate the outskirts of the town of Taybeh at 8:22 PM on Monday, our fighters engaged them with appropriate weapons, inflicting direct hits.

The enemy then brought in armored vehicles to support their retreating forces, but the resistance fighters confronted them again and forced them to retreat. The retreating forces were then targeted by rocket fire, which resulted in direct hits.
