Not really sure, there are to be a total of 73 delivered by end of 2015. On July 17th, there were 63 total delivered and 4 others were being made ready at that time. So this is either 66 or 70 total Su-34's.

Flying Fear: Russian Su-34s to Turn Into Electronic Warfare Jets
Russian Su-34s will be able to efficiently suppress a foe's radar systems, anti-aircraft missile systems and airborne early warning and control aircraft.
DUBAI, November 12 (Sputnik) — The first batch of the Khibiny aircraft electronic countermeasures (ECM) system converting Sukhoi Su-34 fighters into electronic warfare aircraft will be delivered to the Russian Aerospace Forces in November, Igor Nasenkov, the first deputy general director of the Radio-Electronic Technologies Concern (KRET), said.
"The first batch will be delivered in November 2015," he told RIA Novosti in an interview at the Dubai Airshow-2015.
The official added that the systems, installed on the wingtips of Su-34s, provide the jets with electronic warfare capabilities and enable them to carry out effective electronic countermeasures against radar systems, anti-aircraft missile systems and airborne early warning and control aircraft.
KRET, Russia's largest radio-electronics holding company, was founded in 2009. The holding uniting over 95 companies is part of Russia’s state technologies corporation Rostec.
"KRET will invest 24 billion rubles [some $367 millions] in research and development of locally-produced equipment previously purchased in the European Union, Eastern Europe and in the United States," Nasenkov said referring to import substitution.
He added that some 4.6 billion rubles would be allocated to substitute import from Ukraine and ensure independence from the Ukrainian suppliers as soon as 2016. Nasenkov added that all the equipment produced in NATO and EU states is scheduled to be replaced in 2017.
Import substitution in Russia's defense-industrial sector has been implemented since mid-2014 after the West imposed several rounds of sanctions against Moscow, citing an alleged involvement in the Ukraine conflict. The restrictions targeted Russia's banking, energy and defense sectors.
On September 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin said his country must have its own production of advanced components for military equipment.

Where is that SAP-14 going to be connected? Are there any photos of SU-34 with that
EW hardware mounted? What the difference between the electronic counter measures
of Su-34 , SU-35 and Pak-FA and the ones that Russian planes use in Syria?

Photo show it mounted in the front Pylon between engine nacelles, that being the reason of its unusually large, sail like connection element.
It is however not just a pylon but an integral part of the pod itself as the three openings in front clearly show.
Given that all the Su-thirtysomething can just carry EW pods on the wingtips, adding such a pod also would be sufficient to transform standard Su-34 into a Growler equivalent.

LMAO @ Growler equivalent. Su-34's in their basic configuration are already more powerful than any EA-18 Growler, and unlike the Growler the Su-34 doesn't have it's blueprints all over the black market:

On the video Su-34 in Syria is equipped with TV guided bombs KAB-500Kr for night attacks. Anyone know, if those bombs have IIR homing head to operate at night or they have TV guided homing head and Su-34 have to use Platan complex with them?

"Today the Sukhoi Company handed over another batch of Su-34 frontline bombers to the Russian Air and Space Forces according to the 2015 State Defense Order. Moscow, Осtober 28. Today the Sukhoi Company handed over another batch of Su-34 frontline bombers to the Russian Air and Space Forces according to the 2015 State Defense Order. The aircraft took off from the V.P.Chkalov Novosibirsk Aircraft Plant’s airfield and headed to the place of their deployment.
At the present time the aircraft plant operates with maximum efficiency. The State Contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for supplies of the Su-34s to the Russian Air and Space Forces up to the year 2020 guarantees a stable work load of the Sukhoi Company for the coming years and identifies long-term development prospects. Currently, Su-34s operate successfully in the military and demonstrate high performance."
