Vietnam's leadership wants to buy Russia's newest system for jamming
Vietnam's military leadership is considering the possibility of purchasing the latest systems in the Russian jamming of "NGOs" Quantum ".

Confirms that that Vietnam is joining the list of Yak-130 and Pantsir-S1 exports.
Further I did not know Vietnam bought Buk and S-300PMU2.

I don't think that there is even an aircraft existing to fit in a su-34 without wings in it, most probably ps.
