I would like to point your attention to this excellent video of the border guards/coast guards of Russia.
You will enjoy it even if you don't understand Russian.
The real highlight starts at 5:47 with The coast guard section.
The most interesting part is at 9:47 with the Project 22460 ship.
The ship has a compartment at the back (below the helicopter deck) that houses a powered rubber boat that carries a squad of troops. It has a door with a ramp that opens and launches the boat and recovers it after the mission is completed. very neat.
A must watch:

Actually it would work, except the explosion would probably screw up near by ERA blocks or the gun.
