Dutch Safety Board Requests RT Help in Obtaining MH17 Fragments

RT's 'MH17: A Year Without Truth' documentary film proved to be of particular interest to the Dutch investigators.

    http://sputniknews.com/world/20150803/1025346650.html

Dutch Safety Board (DSB), an agency that is leading the investigation into the crash of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 in Eastern Ukraine, has reviewed RT's documentary MH17: A Year Without Truth "with great interest" and requested the channel's help in recovering the parts of the aircraft shown in the film.

RT's MH17: A Year Without Truth documentary film proved to be of particular interest to the Dutch investigators, as it featured video footage of the parts of the aircraft that still remain at the crash site. Upon seeing the film, the Dutch Safety Board reached out to the network and appealed to RT for help in retrieving parts of the plane's cockpit.

"With great interest we watched your documentary 'MH17: a year without the truth'.  In this film RT shows parts of the cockpit roof, which were found near Petropavlivka. We would like to gather those pieces [and] bring them over to the Netherlands so the Dutch Safety Board can use them for the investigation and the reconstruction," wrote DSB's spokeswoman Sara Vernooij.

In MH17: A Year Without Truth, which premiered on RT on July 17, 2015 — the first anniversary of the tragedy —  tracks the course of the still-ongoing investigation into the possible causes of the crash, and features testimonies from experts the relatives of those who had perished in it

Looks like if you are a Russian speaker, like RT, you get told and shown things that others, like Dutch investigators, miss out on.

Sieren's China: Ukraine is China's breadbasket

After more than a year of sanctions against Russia, the Chinese have been increasing their investments in Ukraine. They're having the last laugh, writes DW columnist Frank Sieren.
Very interesting, a good find. The Chinese must be loving the Ukrainian fire sale, desperate for dollars, pricing. Plus it gets rid of some of China's mountain of dollars.

They must be buying up an awful amount of land.

Does anyone know China's stance on GM food?

I'm pretty sure China's stance on GMOs is something along the lines of:
''If it looks like a plant, walks like a plant...''

And I don't think they are joking about ''walking'' part... affraid lol1

Anyone seen this, Russian passports for Ukrainians, anywhere else? If correct its could be another bribery, sorry commission, fest west of the ceasefire line.

The middle of the second summer Novorossia brought good news for its citizens: Russian passports to be Donbass! This is confirmed by the head of Igor LC Carpenter at a meeting with representatives of veterans' organizations of the republic. "Now the issue that in the territory of the LC and the DNI to all who wish, perhaps, the Russian Federation granted the right to obtain a passport."

One who understands the specifics of making such statements in Novorossiysk republics, are well aware that they would not be made never, if it was not precisely known, that Moscow made the final decision to grant Russian passports.

Russia has a similar experience already available: in zero residents of Abkhazia and South Ossetia have become Russian citizens. The Russian government, in deciding to send troops into South Ossetia in August 2008, not least guided by the fact that Georgia is killing Russian citizens.

Therefore, the value of Russian passports Donbass hard to overestimate. I think it will make Washington and Kiev think over the fact that soon they will be killed in the Donbass not "formal" Ukrainian citizens, and Russian. This is fundamentally changing the business. Moscow in this case will have even the formal right of reply.

I read this several days ago (Ukrainian sources, can't remember the source sorry*).

It appears that the novelty is that those elegible can trade their old one for the new Russian one, it looks like another measure to fight illegal labor along with the more strict measures announced last week.

    * A quick Google search:
RFE - The Daily Vertical: Passports As Weapons (Video) - July 31, 2015
RU facts - A.Parshev: "To issue Russian passports to the residents of the DNI and the LC - it is our duty" - 2015-07-29
Lenta via Google Translate - Carpenter spoke about the prospects of issuing Russian passports to residents of Donbass - July 28, 2015

    https://futuristrendcast.wordpress.com/2015/07/31/84-of-ukrainians-want-putin-as-leader-of-their-country/

OK this is a staggering headline for some people, but think about it for a minute.
America has proven itself to be the Devil Incarnate in this matter.

The EU isnt the nice guy it pretends to be. Just look at Greece... and the Ukraine.

I dont think 82% of Ukrainians want Putin... but probably more than 50% now.

The writer Lada Ray does some really good stuff on her blogs/vids. She's certainly a deep analyst. She's from Odessa and lives in the US (worked for Smith Barney before becoming a writer and researcher).

She reckons that the Lvov area and one or two others will break away, that the Ukraine will become a new country and evenually part of the Eurasian Ec Union.

One good pt she makes is how patriotic so many Chechens are now, and how Russian much of the Ukraine was in the past.

    Lets hope she is correct!

Not only that but nazi thirst for victory can be their undoing. I hope to see the day all those treacherous scum will hang but until that day I will only say that operation Storm and Lighting

has noting to do with Ukraine-Donbas relations nor can it be reproduced.

One of the Kiev representatives at Minsk, Roman Bessmertniy, walked out of the meeting. It is said he then ran off down the hallway. I suggest he needed to use use his ass for it's proper function and not as his mouth. http://tass.ru/mezhdunarodnaya-panorama/2161866

15bln USD in the Ukraine Real estate Market? Is that man insane or does he really think his BS is not going to smell? Let us understand what that means. Ukraine has about 8.9 bln USD arrears from previous Chinese Loans. They will not be able to repay them. On those 3.2 are the famous Grain Deal and about 3.6/3.8 are disbursed loans from Yanukovich era projects. Now here comes the newest I extend your loans, so you don't default on me.

China has agreed to pour 15 bln USd over 15 years on a trial by completion basis centered around "affordable housing" which will go on yearly with 1bln USd projects. Ergo, Ukraine will have a Chinese company CITIC.co build huge blocks in central Ukraine. http://www.minregion.gov.ua/news/kitay-pidtverdiv-investiciyi-v-rozmiri-15-milyardiv-dolariv-v-rozvitok-budivelnogo-rinku-ukrayini--478024/ worth 1bln as it stands.
