That accuracy is not in the magnitude of a helicopter let alone Apache.

I never said it was from an AH64, I said it was one of three such videos from Apacheclips. I belive those are defensive charge going up in sequence. The last time I have seen anyone use defensive charges (IED etc) that is when Hezbullah started trapping movement alleys. The control camera could be from US FOB.

According to Lavrov Russia is ready to support the FSA (organ eaters) with airstrikes. lol1  Rolling Eyes

Very smart of Lavrov. First Russia asked the US to give location of FSA and got no reply on the phantom FSA. Now he is asking it indirectly....Laughing Laughing
And if at all they come open, they will need to provide coordinates of other 'not-moderate' terrorists for the VKS to bomb.  Laughing Laughing

    ^^Now that's what I call a trench... respekt

    http://fortruss.blogspot.rs/2015/10/syrian-army-ridding-damascus-of.html

Holy hell, what kinda trench is this??

    damascus, jobar, anti-tunnel trench

    1:02
I was about to mention it and post that same video. I was wondering ever since I saw that video what the hell that trench was filmed by the drone/uav...now the expose of that massive underground tunnel answers it all.

But I think SAA would have had an idea regarding existence of such tunnels in moderate-terrorists strongholds.  After all, the moderate-terroists destroyed a hospital during the initial years of this bloody war by tunneling and putting explosives under its basement.

TEHRAN, October 24. /TASS/. A top commander of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) who fulfilled his duty as a military adviser has been killed in clashes in central Syria, the Fars News Agency has reported.

Brigadier General Reza Khavari "was martyred in clashes with Takfiri terrorists in the Northern parts of the province of Hama, Central Syria, Thursday night." This brings the number of IRGC casualties in the war-torn country over the past several days to eight.

The eight casualties have been confirmed by IRGC Public Relations Chief General Ramezan Sharif.

I hope Karusah-4 is blasting that thing to screw its electronics.  F the american pieces of sh** terrorizing Syria.

Since they are in Syria illegally, I would only hope that Syrian MiG's would be used to take that thing down or force them out.

It would be good to have Russia send some fighters to escort these US assets...and post some pics and videos like how the NATO post pics of their fighters alongside Russian a/c.

Btw, its time for Russia to bring in their own A-50 for their own use and also to train Syrians for their future use. Syria needs force multipliers like A-50, more so when they are in a defensive position so that nothing comes as a surprise.

    A story with extension:

Updated: Israeli General Captured in Iraq Confesses to Israel-Isis Coalition

There is a strong cooperation between MOSSAD and ISIS top military commanders...Israeli advisors helping the Organization on laying out strategic and military plans, and guiding them in the battlefield”
Israel’s claim that Shahak is only a Colonel requires us to at least publish this claim of theirs. It may well be important to Tel Aviv that a colonel was caught rather than a general. This reminds me of the battle of Stalingrad and Hitler who promoted General Paulus to Field Marshal in the belief that Field Marshals didn’t surrender. To Netanyahu, it is obviously a belief that generals don’t get caught.

General Shahak was captured by Shiite militia and is still being held in Iraq. His captors are keeping DESI informed, a European security organization with close ties to VT. The article below is based on questions we submitted to his captors this morning. We also inquired as to the conditions under which he is being held...
USA Parliament (Intr) Foreign Minister and European Department for Security and Information Secretary General Ambassador Dr Haissam Bou Said exclusively confirms to VT that the Israeli Brigadier Yussi Elon Shahak captured by the Iraqi popular army confessed during the investigation that…

“There is a strong cooperation between MOSSAD and ISIS top military commanders,” asserting that “there are Israeli advisors helping the Organization on laying out strategic and military plans, and guiding them in the battlefield.”

The terrorist organization also has military consultants from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Jordan. Saudi Arabia has so far provided ISIS with 30,000 vehicles, while Jordan rendered 4500 vehicles. Qatar and United Arab Emirates delivered funds for covering ISIS overall expenditure.

The planes belonging to the aforesaid countries are still landing in the Mosel airport, carrying military aid and fighters, especially via the Jordanian borders.
The Parliament and the DESI also confirm the Death of ISIS leader Abu Baker al Baghdadi, who received two bullets: one in the head and the other in the shoulder in a fire exchange. Two of his top aides were killed as well. It is believed that the CIA and MOSSAD are behind his death as he becomes a wasted commodity.

Furthermore, Eight ISIS top commanders were killed in “Haith” in an Iraqi airstrike after two weeks of surveillance by the Iraqi military service.

The report concluded that ISIS terrorist group recently arrested in Moscow came from Syria and Iraq through Ukraine. The perpetrators were planning to carry out subversive operations in railways and bus stations. The bombers are from Chechen, Caucasus, Iraqi, Syrian and Saudi nationalities.

Ukraine became the hotbed of embracing terrorist activities in complicity with Putin’s arch enemies who want to break up Russia and then absorb it in revenge of his military intervention in Syria.

Its been many days since this news leaked out and Isreali intelligence would have got enough time to erase any service records of the said person and also to 'silence/kidnap' this guys close relatives so that once the pic is out, no one comes out to identify him and Isreali govt can just rubbish such reports.

This is what make me dislike the stupid Russian media. Freaking morons. Mad

'Assad's army', 'Assad regime' etc etc are commonly used by the western propaganda machines to inject the venom into their viewers to convey that its not a national Syrian army and not a democratically elected Syrian Govt. Blah blah... Russian media has a long long way to go - rather the English speaking writers, who in my opinion are mainly westerners needs a lot of maturity to not gulp the vomit of western media and reproduce its wordings.

During Yugoslav wars my dad met "real" officer just few times during whole war. He was given "war time" officer rank coz he finished reserve officer school, all military academy educated higher ranked officers were mostly far away from the frontline enjoying bunkers, apartments, cars, helicopters and similar. Not all naturally, but...big portion of them never even visited frontline.

^^ Thats really sad to see the armour captured and crew getting killed. Thats one thing I always want SAA to avoid. Every single men need to be protected and cant afford to lose men and machines cheaply. If SAA is not able to get close-air support from SyAAF, Russia will need to increase its Mi-24/35/28 (or supply on an urgent basis to SyAAF/SAA) so that every SAA offensive have good close air support.

Finally! Assad makes the right choice. He never should have run again last year. He was not raised as a politician and he cannot handle the biggest crisis Syria is experiencing. Assad steps down. Make peace with FSA. Call a nation wide election. This is the ONLY way to go forward for Syria as a nation. Assad stepping down is the right thing to do. Stop the war. Stop the killing. Otherwise the war in Syria will never end. Not even 100 years from now.

Felt posting this in memory of this young officer. India have lost, in our own counter-terrorists ops, many young officers like these. But Syria is having it on a much larger and brutal scale.

The crucial military hub is located in a bunker-like building in the middle of a giant air base in the Persian Gulf country of Qatar. It is ground zero for an air campaign against ISIS that’s costing $10 million a day.
