A reciprocal ban would greatly reduce the small trade still going on between Russia and the Ukraine...
This might push more coastal Ukrainian regions to reject the rule of Kiev... this might be another shot to their own foot.

Church politics. Nothing so petty or sad to see. I fear lots of priests are getting judged harshly in the hereafter.
