If Israel and Russia are "partners" then why does the IAF only bomb SAA positions and kills Pro Assad civilians?

This is from VT, it is an interesting view.

Deals being cut, as we speak, between Turkey and ISIS, demonstrate how Erdogan has been playing Syria and Russia, no surprise there. 950 fighters have been withdrawn, aided by the Turkish Army, and are being rearmed and resupplied to be redeployed in Raqqah, according to sources at the front, to fight against the Kurds, an ISIS army still on the Saudi payroll and still being aided by Turkey.

The fight at al Bab has been a farce, we are told, as some fighters with ISIS who have always been controlled by Erdogan will be renamed “FSA” and remain, while the primary military force withdraws. For weeks now, one of NATO’s most powerful armies, with nearly 8000 pieces of armor and over 600,000 including reserves, has been beaten to a standstill, or so we are told, by fewer than 1000 ISIS fighters in the Syrian town of al Bab.

None of this is true, as common sense would tell anyone.

This military force, as large as the one Hitler unleashed on Russia in 1941, isn’t really fighting ISIS at all despite the deals they cut with Russia and Iran. Erdogan is still only concerned about fighting the Kurds.

    Idlib gets cooked slowly.

ISIL will be trimmed down by Kurds.

Turks and Kurds bleed each other.

SAA moves further east to Palmyra and DeZ

After a while "FSA" and SAA will be going at it. Kurds will have choice to either rejoin Syria or get thrown to the Turks again.

Turkish military will be packing at that point because even Erdogan is not stupid enough to go against VKS (lest he wants another coup after spanking...)

So that will leave SAA (and Kurds if they still exist at that pont) and "FSA/ISIL combo in the final round.

Looks good to me, no downsides for Russia in this equation.

C'mon, they fired a couple of shots and block Castello for couple of hours. SAA have good relations with Kurds from Afrin and it will be easy to reason with them. They let SAA transport goods to Nubul and Zahra by Helicopters for 2 years, through Afrin. So, good luck to Kurds in fight agains FSA and Turkey. SAA should send them a few dozen of ATGMs, just to remind Turkey what is like to fight against lunatics with TOWs.

And Kurds in Sheikh Maqsood are under control now. RU MP is taking care of that. Laughing

It's not what they did, it's when they did it. It was most sensitive phase of Battle of Aleppo. And for what? Dick move if there ever was one. All they managed to do is to demonstrate that they are no different than Turks. Same product, different package.

I have no problems with them staying in one piece and getting good treatment and something in return but they would be smart to start behaving properly.

They of all people should know that nobody is indispensable.

Nut comments. You say this about the Kurds and you seems to forget who the Syrian Armed Forces were fighting against. They were fighting against FSA. You blame the Kurds for distrubing in the fight of Syria vs the FSA and as then you say:

like if Syria and the FSA would be now allies against the Kurds.

No forces in Syria from different sides can control territory . Apart from national government of Syria and any other national forces at peace with national government . Permanent positioning of external forces will be opposed both by national government and other transnational forces . Since nobody stands to gain by confrontation . And they have avoided it so far . Then they will most probably avoid it in future . So all foreign forces will withdraw . National patriotic forces who advanced against terrorists . Will also withdraw to their starting positions . Kurds for example will withdraw to original positions . All residents have rights to return to original houses and towns . No ethnic cleansing is allowed . No territorial gain by groups accepted . However the Syrian national forces better confront and defeat the weakest groups first . Gaining territory and uniting the country . Confronting the invasive foreign forces last .

You will be hard pressed to find any Serb who is not sympathetic at least to some extent to Israel due to certain shared historical experiences.

Also the other issue has been the incessant shit the Kurds have been pulling in Hasakah. Castello road wasn't only a dick move, it was a bargaining move because they thought Aleppo was going to be business as usual with the SAA siege being lifted. Well tough luck. What you people think about the future of USA-Turkey relations, in relation to the current situation in Syria and USA alliance with the Kurds and Turks. What will happen If Turkey decide to attack Manbij and Raqqa(lol)?

Bab, Manbij, & Raqqa, 3 Syrian cities that will dictate the future of two NATO allies and, I would argue, impact trans-atlantic relations
