Because Russia is an outdated country , is basically mostly a gas station with nukes.. for the past 22 years ,Russia have absolutely done Nothing ,to make a contribution in the world for its development , Russia economy is very outdated , very primitive , and it does zero contribution to the world.. It used to be important in space ,but not anymore.  Because Russia don't have absolutely anything to offer to Poland citizens , other than cheap gas discounts.. This is why Poles choose Americans over Russia.
