Judging by the photo of construction in progress, the new two 12418 will not have Pantsir. Poor ships.... MOD just do the shipyard a favor to get rid of the existing hulls.
Two 30mm gatlings is plenty with modern radar and fire control systems to direct them... if the threat is too great for it to defend itself it will likely not be operating alone anyway
