If Germans were really smart the will create a major political ,economical and military alliance with Russia. and Ask Putin help in private to device a plan an strategy to slowly get Rid of Americans military bases in their nation. Germany and Italy and France for example could enourmously help Russia in secret to achieve an industrial revolution for example.. by sending their best scientist . or simply giving a way their intelectual property designs ,and later Russia pay royalties to them etc.. This is an investment that will return back to them , because A Powerful and Prosperous and highly developed Russia will allow Russia to bypass easily US attempts to isolate Russia. and will allow Europe to really have an alternative to US business and get rid of their destructive relation with US.

Call me conspiracy theorist but there must be something less evident that connects Merkel with Erdogan. Perhaps collaboration on some of Erdogan's oil-related ventures in the region (cough.. IS..cough truck columns)... Those thousands of oil trucks did not appear out of nowhere as well. I believe Erdogan has a lot of leverage on the EU folks, his recent akin to garbage treatment of both Junker and Tusk may be a clue.

It work on near IR wave length(maybe, just a maybe on two different wave length for two or more different ATGM systems). It consume current (maybe up to 10A) and for that current you will need to have passive coolers and they are big. So this is reason why is this box so BIG. Look at Shtora, it have for one unit two large boxes one for Shtora and one for control electronic.
