There was an online trade fair/exhibition a couple months ago in Russia, about urban beautification and development
A lot of Russian and European companies presented their products. A lot of ecology related stuff, energy saving lamp-posts, outdoor artworks, kids playgrounds and outdoor exercise equipment.
Basically it's still online, just go to the site, name your avatar and run around the virtual park, clicking on icons next to interesting objects to learn about what they are and which company makes them. It's available in English

A render of the future of Russian Railways City. It is not yet known whether this project has been approved, but it looks very much like it. The construction is scheduled to start in 2022, the proposed developer is RG-development.

They took the winning entry by renowned Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei
And subverted it's design and composition, in favour of having a bunch more blocky 90s glass skyscrapers, half of which they probably won't even end up building, halved the size of the glass tunnel, and I don't even know what's going on with all the randomly placed low-rise buildings now
When all's said and done it will end up as a piece of crap

I looked at the site. ANd it seems the pics are all part of one design, just taken from different viewpoints.
So the precinct area etc isn't visible from some angles. Plus I suspect it might be multi phases with some flexibility added in.

A render of the new Museum and Theater Complex for the city of Kemerovo (western Siberia), that will host branches of the Marinsky Theatre and the State Russian Musuem
Developed by the Austrian Coop Himmelb(l)au architectural bureau
From the same bureau we also have the new SCA Hockey Arena & Park in St. Petersburg, under construction
And the Sevastopol State Theater of Opera and Ballet, also already under construction
Naturally the Maidan regime in the Ukraine is in serious butthurt against the company due to their participation in the Sevastopol project and have enacted sanctions against them. Well the CEO of the firm is pretty unapologetic, having responded “I have no plans to spend my holidays in Chernobyl.”
Money talks, as does realism.
